    Dido

If you like Dido and haven't got Reverence by Faithless then this is probably the best work she's done in my opinion, can't say I care much for the rest of it
  7. My favourite just now is King Of Queens on Paramount, maybe slightly cheesy but it entertains me for an hour when I get home from work
  8. Anyone been to Tokyo? Any tips of where to stay i.e. which area and what I shouldn't miss? I'm thinking somewhere near Ginza or Roppongi but not totally sure where the best place is to be central and close to all the action
  9. Well, its actually totally funded by a private consortium so its not gonna cost us anything so where's the problem? If someone wants to put £10m into aberdeen without any need for council money why the negativity. thats the problem with aberdeen, good ideas are ALWAYS complained about by half the population
  10. The Juan Maclean - Less Than Human My Morning Jacket - At Dawn
  11. They're on the cover of NME again this week surprise surprise. I've only heard one of their songs - and I don't plan on hearing any more!
  12. My Morning Jacket - Run Thru Reindeer Section - Where I Fall Brendan Benson - Metarie Patrick Wolf - Bloodbeats
  13. I've been trying to get the 7" but its like gold dust, was going for £50 with bids on it on ebay this morning and it only came out yesterday - knew I should've preordered it!
  14. http://www.nme.com/news/grandaddy/22068
  15. I used to have a red beach buggy beetle - had a 1641cc engine hanging out the back and big wide sand/snow tires on the back. it was cool, I'll see if I can find a pic
  16. Aye, that bunch were beginning to piss me off especially when some of them managed to get up onstage. Apart from that though it was a brilliant gig, there were a few songs I would've liked them to play that they didn't - state I am in and lazy line painter jane but it was still a great selection, the new songs were sounding pretty good too. Good to see king creosote again as well!
  17. I'd probably go for a tele thinline or a rickenbacker 330/6 I think. I'd love a vox ac30 as well
  18. From what I've been reading about them its quite tricky to use them on a bass but very good once you can get the technique right. I'm not sure how much they cost usually, there's a few on ebay and they're all about 70 quid.
  19. Anyone got an ebow? I'm very tempted to get one but just wondering what anyone who has one thinks of it?
  20. Forgot about My Morning Jacket - Z as well - brilliant album
  21. Bright Eyes - I'm Wide Awake, Its Morning King Creosote - KC Rules OK Common - Be
  22. Take a look on www.thomann.de and take a look at the harley benton guitars - dirt cheap and they are actually very good to play and very well built for the price.
