For folk who didn't get tickets; no fear. Apparently another batch are going on sale in early March. ...I don't know how legit my source is, but, well... there's still hope?
I actually HOPE I can go now. ...before it was just really hit or miss; buy a ticket, don't really care if I can or can't go, have an awesome time if I can, not be too bothered if I can't. ...but OH MY GOD. Want.
I heard Hug the Coast first and it is welll different to Unpleasant Places. But, aye, if you like the Icy You EP I'd go for Unpleasant Places n'all. ...mainly because it's the easiest to find.
Drowned in Sound - News - Godspeed You! Black Emperor: Iraq war made it impossible to continue o_O ...there should probably be a question mark in the title. Sorry.
Kef seems an awful lot smaller than the Lemon Tree. I just read Kef's 500 but there's no way in hell that can be true... and the Lemon Tree was like... 550? or something, wasn't it?
I think the last ones I bought were Foxface's album, Flight of the Conchords' EP, Canoe by Metronomes and the Eels Useless Trinkets CD. ...and The Final Ripoff by Monty Python.
Dude. I thought this was at Peacocks for some reason. ?( Either way, all their stuff's sold out of One Up (or was, last time I went in...) and so, I might go to this. Friends will be pressurised.
Aye, apparently they started crying during their Norwich set and the drummer just stopped there and then and they announced it was their last gig. It's a shame like.
What the fuck is going on in this thread? I thought it was word association and I come in and it's just all talk about triptych. When does t'official Triptych line-up get announced anyway?
