I'd say reinstall your internet software and get rid of the stuff you downloaded. It seems to be the main source of the problem so meh. It's usually trial and error with me so I can't really help further

No wonder they got rid of Libby. I mean, what dreadful plotlines she was involved in... an affair with a soap-actor and her main focus seemed to be the soap show. Man, half of the episodes focussed on these really crap scenes where Libby and Susan just watched that stupid soap. Glad she's gone for that but she could have been involved with a much better plot for crying out loud
