  1. It would be great if 'G4' was short for 'Guildford 4'.
  2. T.J Hooker was the absolute balls.
  3. Fudge you make me sick but i love you. Christ I think it was June or July 2002 when I saw Goldblade in Dr Drakes with The Needles. Yes? Anyone? Such power and glory. I dig this shit. DIG IT.
  4. King Liar and the Brutes are dead, thus they cannot play this gig. However, the hairy alien genius 'Station' has made robotic versions of them and thus they will be able to fulfil their obligations. The new album is better than any album ever, except for 'The Untouchables OST' and 'Now 17'.
  5. A very welcome return there for the much-missed Spoonerism. Top notch. As for Dido: she is just soooooooooooooo dull.
  6. Not quite. Rather it is a jock who is on the verge of failing his history assignment before he shouts out SAN DIMAS HIGHSCHOOL FOOTBALL RULES which I think gains him an A+, but I could be wrong. Anyway, computers are shit - print the picture out on a dot-matrix and use a black marker to apply any text you require before photocopying duplicates in the Spar on St. Machar Drive. Problem solved.
  7. *in a mumbled voice* Things are different now ... computers ... ................................................................ SAN DIMAS HIGHSCHOOL FOOTBALL RULES!
  8. Lightning Bolt? Lightning 'Fucking' Bolt are on this too? Are you making this up? Stuff like this just doesn't normally happen in the real world.
  9. I think both The Killers and G.L.C are literally fucking dreadful. Phil you are King Gentle, therefore you will hate all the music I suggest.
  10. Holy Fucking shit! A Guitar Wolf tribute album?! Is the D4 track Invader Ace or is it something else? D4 are good. Are D4 dead now? Anyway, good news for all the young punks. Who plays bass for Wildhearts now? Is it Buc? From what I've heard Jonny Lucifer is medically incapable of playing guitar at all.
  11. A name which is a slang term for the phallus?
  12. They are both fantastic, bold and life-affirming. They are both from Japan. They both look and sound cool as fuck. That is what they have to do with each other HARRY. Rock n Roll knows no boundaries. Also, I imagine all members of both bands would like spaceships. A lot. And I know for a fact that they all live in the same house. What more do you want, the moon on a stick?
  13. I don't know anything about music or harmonicas, and this may sound incredibly ignorant, but I assume harmonicas are 'made' in different 'keys'? Are they? Phil?
  14. Me too. I think that people like Kirk are the most important people in the Aberdeen music scene and I wish more people had come along just to show their support.
  15. I'm pretty certain that the other TBC for December MUST be Guitar Wolf. It makes sense. They could share a Japanese spaceship with Mad Capsule Markets to get over here.
  16. Combregate? I knew Hippies had weird habits but I'd hate to know what 'Combregating' involves.
  17. Ross, normally you are a music-turkeyneck but now you are a music-beautiful. Well done? By this I mean: Yes I would definitely come to see Mad Capsule Markets. Whilst we're on the subject: Guitar Wolf?
  18. Yes: Europe's Final Band will learn you how to puke you fucking turkeynecks. The power and glory will never fade.
  19. I have only been there once in my life, but by God I have never seen anything like it. True squalor and buildings that should truly be condemned are such rarities nowadays. There was a rat there and Prince Fudge (Craig) was making bacon on a grill that looked as if it could quite possibly transmit violent and incurable food poisoning. There was a lot of stuff just lying about and I had absolutely no idea what most of it was. Certainly the majority of things looked broken, dirty or both. And the bathroom ... Jesus Fudge, what is wrong with you(s)?
  20. 1) Clash 2) Ramones 3) Heartbreakers 4) Pistols 5) The Saints Also, The Skids (but not sure if they released stuff in 77) and I really like The Boomtown Rats and TRB. Damn it all to Hell, 76 - 82 = best period for popular music ever in my opinion. All the aforementioned punky bands plus FANTASTIC 'pop' bands like Ian Dury and the Blockheads, Madness, Jam and Dexys. Also fantastic Jamaican Reggae and Dub, Two Tone and cool mod revival stuff. Such a bold period.
  21. Is that a scatological reference or am i reading too much in to it? Hmmm.
  22. I think that she is trying to start another Roger Kimmet style thread. Only it hasn't worked. At all.
  23. The very fact that it's even called 'Rock Idol' makes me want to commit suicide by choking on my own stinking shit. Well done.
