  7. hi, the events look a bit crap now. any chance of getting the map function back and the venue in the title again?
  8. stagecoach bluebird buses 201, 202 and 203 all run regularly. the 202 and 203 turn up past the barn (2nd stop after it turns off n deeside road) and the 201 you just jump off at tesco and it's a 5 minute walk from there. last buses are 10.30ish and 11.50ish (i think). or, try and grab a lift with someone else who's going.
  9. hey, can we get that cool map thing back? the Events looked a bit better in the previous forum with the venue in the title n stuff. I look stoopid now for not mentioning the venue. It's at Woodend Barn, Banchory.
  10. Event Title: Jo Mango, Randolph's Leap + The State Broadcasters Event Date: 09 Mar 2013 8:00 PM (Single Day Event) Woodend Barn Olive Grove Records Presents... An exciting triple line-up from this independent Scottish record label. Jo Mango’s intensely intellectual work draws upon her adventures whilst travelling the world as a member of Vashti Bunyan’s band and collaborations with David Byrne, Devendra Banhart, Teenage Fanclub and Admiral Fallow amongst others. Randolph's Leap are, according to The Skinny "charmingly twisting the folk-pop genre into odd ear-worms of joy” whilst The Herald wrote that their songs “spring into life with their feet in the humdrum and their eyes on the unknown.” Much of State Broadcasters’ first album was featured in Scottish independent films – fitting for a band described by Uncut as being “cut straight from a film by Bill (Gregory’s Girl) Forsyth.” £10.00, £8.00 in advance + bf £12.00, £10.00 on the door + bf Buy tickets for Jo Mango, Randolph's Leap and The State Broadcasters View Event
