It's not at all easy for anybody to kick an addiction. But at the end of the day if you don't want to do anythying about it, then no amount of help/detox/rehab/organ transplants are going to make the blindest bit of difference. It's something I find pretty saddening

Addiction is an illness, but there is also an element of choice. In the most simplistic way you can chose not to drink and accept the treatment offered, or you can chose to continue to drink.......

I'm probably going to buy it, but I wasn't too keen on the latest single. I can't see them having staying power, and won't be surprised if the album grazes the charts for a week then disappears.... I'll still buy it though.......

I was going to suggest exactly what Keilan said. The keyboard player in my acid-jazz band uses a very similar setup on a laptop. The hammond sounds are really good......

Cheers for the advice so far!! I'm not too keen on the strat as I already have one. The neck on my Les Paul is super nice, but no whammy bar and access to the top 5 frets is pretty tricky!! How different are the floyd rose licensed trems to the real deal? And what are the thoughts on the trems on the Ibanez S-series? I quite like them...... Pups can be replaced if need be so not really too much of a concern as long as the guitar is decent quality.....

That's a seriously decent price for that amp! I paid alot more than that Mind you, with the reliability issues, then I'd wonder if the extra service you'd get buying one of those locally would justify the extra moolah?

DSL401 is a nice amp. I have one. Small enough to be very portable, easy to drive pretty hard. Add a cab and it sounds huge! They are notoriously unreliable though. Mine has been back to Marshall as it blew up the valves, and it runs ridiculously hot.......
