I'm currently looking for a cleaner/home help for my flat because I am too lazy and unmotivated to do the work myself. If you're hardworking and enthusiastic and, basically, all the things I'm not, this could be the job for you. You'll be 'contracted' to work about 6 hours a week. The rate of pay is 5 an hour. Yeah, Fenix TX were ace. Nikki-G had the old version of their first CD, back when they were River Fenix. The tracks on it are different from those on the re-issued version of the album. 'Ben' for instance, was re-recorded when they became Fenix TX. Both albums are ace.

I'm not too sure. Nothing too exiting I woulda thought - they're all grown up people in the band i.e late 30s so it's probably Status Quo and stuff like that.

Um, I don't know how to word this politely without getting my botty kicked, but I'll try. There's an awful lot of tickets for sale on here for gigs that have passed. In fact only two of the threads on this lovely new forum are even relevant. (Three including this one.) Now expired threads aren't the end of the world, but it would save a lot of time in this case if they were removed. So that instead of thinking 'Fuck me, The Offspring are playing another gig?' only to click on the thread and discover that the event has already passed, the casual user could simply read the title of the two active threads, think to themselves 'Nothing to declare here' and continue on their quest to visit every forum before bedtime.

But without Point Of Origin, surely there's no point in the All Music Discussion forum existing anymore ?(

OK, I've just gotten back from Subway for the second time today, having consumed a grand total of 18" of sandwich and I've had a thought. A non-controversial thought, no less. Could you eat your height in Subway in a day? For example, I'm just over six feet, so I'd have to eat six foot-long subs to achieve my target. For someone of lesser stature, say Neil for instance, two six-inch subs would probably do the trick. So...who's up for it?

Is music an art form? I like eating crisps, the sound they make when I bite into their golden exterior is music to my ears. Do you think the flavour of the crisp affects the sonic and artistic quality of the music? What's YOUR favourite flavour of crisp?

Is Neil the guy who used to work in Bruce Millers? Cos if so I took my guitar to him to get fixed and he returned it supposedly sortred, but it was still buzzing. Oh well, maybe he'll get it right second time round.

I've got a US Telecaster and it's pissing me off cos it's not earthed properly. It buzzes constantly unless I touch the strings or some other piece of metal on the body of the guitar. I don't have a soldering iron and I wouldn't know where to start in any case, so does anyone fancy having a go at fixing my axe? I'll pay you proper money and everything if you can make it all sleek and quiet again.

I've gotta say I like it a lot, though it is a bit cluttered. What you really need is a separte Point Of Origin forum where people can discuss the gigs that you've played. We could even give it a snappy name such as The Feedback Forum.
