  1. I might be up for swapping it for something. A valve amp head or a guitar or something. Not looking for anything bass related though. Cash still welcome too!
  2. Bump. Still have everything apart from the bass overdrives.
  3. I still have everything apart from the bass overdrive pedals. I've sent you all some PMs.
  4. Still for sale! Although the Dave Hall pedal is gone I'm afraid.
  5. Yeah still got them both! Give me a message if you want them and we can get something sorted.
  6. Colb, how do you find the RV-3? I have always fancied one but are they worth the prices they go for on ebay?
  7. I'd rather it was a local sale. Where about are you based?
  8. Thanks for the responses! This might be a really silly question but what do you mean by making sure they are plugged into the same power source? I usually have my pedal adaptors plugged into a 4 way and plug the amp straight into the wall. Do you mean I should plug the amp into the 4 way as well? Also what is the deal with daisy chaining the pedals? I power one pedal from my tuner just now (a boost pedal) but could I get away with more?
  9. The Trace Elliot head is a GP7SM 130. It sounds really nice but at the moment the only use I have for it is using it as a door stop.
  10. Does anyone have a Boss space echo pedal that they would be willing to part with?
  11. Still for sale! I'm open to offers on it too.
  12. I might regret it, but I am selling my Peavey T40 bass. Its a 1978 model (first year of production) in a natural finish. Comes with original case and I think it has the original paperwork, manual etc. This is not my one, but it looks pretty much the same apart from my one does not have any writing on the scratch plate. I am pretty sure my case is the same as this one too. It could maybe do with a set up and some new strings but it is in great condition for its age. I am looking for around £400 but am open to offers. Feel free to ask any questions.
  13. I have a giant grey bean bag I want to get rid of. Hardly used and is the same as this - http://www.made.com/leisure/the-piggy-bag-grey Swap for something guitar related?

    Pet Hates!

The taxi drivers that seem to think Thain's bakery is some sort of taxi driver drop in club from 2am onwards. Just FUCK OFF and go and drive your cars instead of hanging around a bakery getting in the way of me ordering pies while you drink free coffee and moan about some fare that didn't tip you very well or whatever.
  15. Is it a 2x12? Also what is the gain like on it? Do you need to have it at ear splitting volumes to get any drive from it or can it distort at low levels?
  16. The Will Haven album is mighty. Crushingly heavy, yet in parts strangely beautiful. Mostly crushingly heavy though.
  17. For me 2011 was a great year for music. I have enjoyed far too many albums this year to put them in any sort of order. These are the ones I have liked the most: Bon Iver - Bon Iver Death Cab for Cutie - Codes and Keys Explosions in the Sky - Take Care, Take Care, Take Care Jeniferever - Silesia Johnny Foreigner - Vs Everything Kate Bush - 50 Words For Snow Mogwai - Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will Radiohead - The King Of Limbs Ringo Deathstarr - Colour Trip Sons and Daughters - Mirror Mirror Take a Worm for a Walk Week - TAWFAWW The Get Up Kids - There Are Rules The Horrors - Skying The Naked and Famous - Passive Me, Aggressive You The Pains of Being Pure at Heart - Belong Will Haven - Voir Dire Young Legionnaire - Crisis Works Yuck - Yuck Wugazi - 13 Chambers British Sea Power - Valhalla Dance Hall The Joy Formidable - The Big Roar Rival Schools - Pedals Wild Beasts - Smother Happy Particles - Under Sleeping Waves The Antlers - Burst Apart Los Compesinos - Hello Sadness Biggest disappointments for me were: Battles - Gloss Drop. I liked it, but it was lacking something (probably Tyondai Braxton). M83 - Hurry Up, We're Dreaming. I just got bored with it. I love M83 but it was a chore to listen to. I think it could of been a great single album rather than a double.
