  1. Unfortunately not But you know I'd be the first one wearing them!! I've got some Lycra ones from when I dressed up as Alice Cooper a couple of Halloweens ago, but I couldn't find any real spandex... I don't know if they still make it anywhere?!
  2. I've never seen live shit... would love to though! Especially on a big screen But Mouse, no RIR, Steve ruined it with his dodgy editing. And Donington 92... good looking video but the performance is a little on the shoddy side... Live After Death, now there's a live video!!! Or My Rock AM bootleg DVD from this year... awesome!!!!
  3. I was thinking I might go as the devil himself... yay or nay?
  4. Well, we played it a couple of gigs ago I think... but I agree, I'd like to play it more often... but Rass always says he can't remember the solo! (I can't remember the words for empty sky, but I don't let that stop me...) With a bit of luck it'll be back soon and better than ever
  5. That's a shame cos it was the best gig we have played since the cd launch performance wise. Not many people but the ones that were there seemed to enjoy it... it was quality, I'm sorry you all missed it!
  6. That's what you think... I still don't know what to go as... any ideas anyone?
  7. Happy birthday you old bastard!! Welcome to the land of men where naked beauties roam and it rains beer.... Or alternatively welcome to your dentures and impending baldness (trust me!) Anyway Happy fucking birthday!!
  8. Errr... go, on then, A. As long as you treat it well and don't get spaff or jam all over it. But let's face it, you really should have at least one by now... Have you dudes practised? I hear 2 of your number are off to see the Darkness in Glasgow tonight... awesome!
  9. Who the fuck do you think your calling a fuck you fucking fuck? We fucking dressed up in pink fucking lycra cos fudge asked us to "do something fun." I did fucking cartwheels, wore a viking hat and slayed a fucking dragon on stage with a sword. And we played pretty well too! Aside from that, we managed to organise a black atom gig with 12 members in our band (3 drummers, 4 guitarists, 2 basses, a rapper, a singer and a saxophone/flute player) and it was fucking ace! I think that surely deserves some kind of mention as a good live act! But if you think a good live act constitutes a bunch of folk standing around looking bored out of their tits for an hour, then fair enough... P.S. I haven't heard Sidca but Donny assures me that you too are a bunch of fucking mentalists... so you can hopefully see what I'm saying...
  10. Harsh. Just harsh. He took a spike in the eye in the name of metal, and you're here making jokes about it. Your sort makes me sick. Not really, obviously!! Any joke involving Erskine is a good joke in my book.
  11. Back in the day we did dance versions of 'Down' 'Desolation' and 'Blind' on Music for the playstation. Awesome.
  12. Joe Atom

    Wow!!

*picks Davey boy out of pothole, gives him a wee shove to get him marching again* "On-ward soldier, the fight is not yet won!"
  13. Hmm, I can think of a band who've played nearly a gig a week for the last 6 months (including 2 fudgenights) who were criminally not nominated for any awards last year... (I don't expect to win or anything, but a nomination would at least be nice...) How about a best Heavy Metal category? Or is metal too "uncool"?
  14. I think Ian would be a good choice for a judge! He's bound to have experience of every band on the list.
  15. Re: Re: Re: have to be honest He's right you know, he really is! I love both, but Maiden are, and probably always will be, THE BEST!
  16. Seeing as how your 'listening to' section seems to suggest that you are one of those people who thinks it's cool to only like obscure bands (and then probably disown them when they have any commercial success I bet) I would have thought that you would have wanted to support them by actually giving them some of your cash. Fair enough, Metallica are a bunch of sell-outs who really don't need the money, but the smaller acts do if they are to continue being profitable, so by not buying their cds you are contributing in part to their downfall. Which seems like a bit of a stupid principle really. I like small bands (Area 54 and Blaze for example) so I buy their cds to keep them going so they can make another album for me to buy and enjoy. Plus Mp3s sound like shit, the compression makes all the high frequencies sound swirly and shit. I really couldn't care less if people download our tunes, in fact I heartily encourage it! But if they're on MP3.com, don't come whingeing to us that you can't download any of our songs, when it's just your own dislike for a particular website that stops you getting them. Hundreds of people have downloaded 'Last Day' and one whingeing ninny who can't work out how doesn't really bother us to be honest. As for your mockery of our time and effort, if you had actually been arsed going to moshulu on Saturday you would have seen many people going apeshit to our set, chanting our name and singing all the words... plus you would have been supporting this very website... but I forgot, it's against your principles to support something which you actually enjoy and make use of regularly
  17. Excuse me?! When exactly did we turn into Boyzone?! ?(
  18. Hmmm. You obviously don't know our drummer(/guitarist/singer/timpani-player/bassist/keyboarist/songwriter/bazookist/general legend!)
  19. Won't get any different?! That is where you are sadly mistaken! This could be the most important gig you ever missed, sonny! And I can't say why or it'll be no fun! But when you find out what you missed you'll cack your pants and beg for god to send Dr Who in his tardis to beam you back so you can feel the mighty wrath which will be... BLACK ATOM - HALLOWEEN 2003. Trust me you'll regret getting pissed on buckfast at home with yer mates!
  20. Where do petrified prawns fit into your scale? Or Wilfred the Bash Street Kid Chip Shop Curry? Awesome.
  21. I'd love to! But when you've only got a little money and you have 5 new songs you don't want to record the oldies, you want to do new stuff all the time! But one day we'll have great recordings of all our songs (fingers crossed anyway!)
  22. Oh you really have to be at Halloween! Really. It's going to be so exciting that I'll be quite surprised if you don't all wet yourselves. However, that's all the information I am allowed to divulge at the moment. But trust me, you all HAVE to be there... or you'll be so damn sorry... HALLOWEEN RULES!
