  1. Judas Priest not headlining is definately a joke. Ahh well if they clash with Kiss the organisers will have hell to pay. Lost Prophets aren't as bad as MCR last year but still don't deserve to be up there, second stage maybe. Those minor things aside it should be a laugh as always
  2. She needs to be put into a room with Britney and shot. She's butt ugly, got no talent (writes her own songs my arse, not that they are good in the first place) and her voice is terrible and irritating (no, just because it's "different" doesn't mean it is good)
  3. There's a lot of people pissing and moaning on the Download forums. I say get over it! Yes The Offspring haven't released anything that will ever top Ignition/Smash, but they certainly are headliners, they have been around long enough. They also put on an amazing show. Kiss is just great for the novelty value alone - I don't care who is in the band, I'm also there for a good time and if I get to hear Strutter and Detroit Rock City I'll go home happy lol. I personally don't like Lost Prophets but you can't like all the headliners. Only disapointment is Judas Priest not being one of the main headliners, they should swop with LP
  4. I'd never imagine you doing this I've played it at my mates drunk, it was so much fun
  5. Is there any news on this? Can't seem to find anything on their website. I'm wanting one when it eventually comes out
  6. It's total crap. My last one is Friday. Quite easy but I'm just tired of studying. I've been out twice this year since new year

Should be ok, I've bought two guitars from them
  8. Met Jim Marshall (Marshall Amps) when he came to Aberdeen in 2004. Also met Status Quo backstage at their Crathes Castle gig in 2005 Locally, I served Willie Miller in B&Q couple of weeks ago. Also saw him in Makro 2 years ago when I worked there
  9. Gutted, phoned all 4 bars I was at and nothing. Nothing handed into Police either but they will contact me if anything comes in. More annoyed at loosing the quality pictures than having to spend 100 on a replacement camera. If someone has found and either kept it/smashed it up then hope they are happy
  10. Hey peeps. Dunno if anyone was out last night, but if they were and found a camera in Slains, Siberia or Exodus then it may be mine. Same as the one in the link below with the stickers on it. I know it ain't an expensive camera but would love to get it back so gimmie a buzz. I'll try phoning them on boxing day Steves Digicams - Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W50 - User Review Merry xmas btw!
  11. I miss Drakes a lot. I've only been to the tunnels twice lol. I'd be very happy if the Lemon Tree was saved as a music venue, and happier still if the staff can be retained
  12. Just an observation. Why are all the guys from Roberts Gordon college all 6ft+ tall? Notice when I pop out of Uni to the shop I feel like a dwarf when standing in the queue
  13. I think maybe there was a lot of "casual" fans who didn't really know what to do at a gig. Aberdeen doesn't attract big bands like this all the time, until now
  14. Really shitty news as Lemon Tree is one of my fav. venues and I've been going for years
  15. They didn't say too much to the crowd either at the last Carling Academy gig, doesn't mean they aren't enjoying themselves. I also saw very little beer throwing, a lot less than your average gig. There is a review in the paper saying the sound was poor, I thought it was pretty good, though they couldn't even get the name of a KOL single right! If you didn't like it, fair enough, don't go next time. I know I'll certainly be back
  16. Were you guys who said it was shit even at the right concert?
  17. How was it for those who went? I sold my ticket to go see Kings of Leon instead (seen Lizzy twice before). Heard they were playing all of Live & Dangerous
  18. I think Caleb just had trouble with his guitar, went to switch it then that one wasn't in tune. I'd be pretty annoyed too if I'm in the middle of a gig. I thought it was one of the best gigs I've been too. I think the crowd did themselves proud and hope they come back to Aberdeen again.
  19. Me too, hope they do a UK tour! Kings of Leon Because of the Times has been my favourite so far
  20. What I definately am for is the artist getting a better share
  21. Finesse are now 45 a wheel
  22. Downloading is gay. I can't believe people will actually pay for it. I'd rather listen to it for free, decide if I like it, then buy the album and have a physical copy in my hand, rather than an MP3 that can easily be deleted and can't be refunded
  23. Pretty much mint condition as I've only used it once. Does what it says on the tin. Bought it for over 85, will sell for 65. Comes boxed with instructions. Any more info/pics don't hesitate to ask
  24. Definately not showing their ages judging by the performance they gave. The Neal Peart solo was one of the best I've heard, especially the jazzy section. A near perfect performance with a nice compliment of clever animations, flames and green lasers. I think they were even better than on the R30 tour
