  1. ! Been watching Wayne's World?
  2. twas indeed a fine performance christopher, although I was more entertained by TATU last week Poor Gumpy, singing his little heart out for...however long that song is and wearing his Marks and Spencers work shirt. He *has* to win next week
  3. if I were to take drum sticks to Moshulu tomorrow night, as part of my Meg White get-up, would they be considered dangerous type things that could be used as a weapon? (not that I'm going to be violent, but i thought i should check)
  4. I won't be there, but play Aerosmith-Ragdoll because I likes it
  5. i think you should get into moshulu free if you're dressed as a musical persona or something, and discounted if you're a monster or somehthing else everyone HAS to dress up!
  6. does that mean it's going to be on a monday too? dunno about the rest of the people but i'd prefer to go to an alternative club than a crappy, naming-no-names (coughPRIORYcough) type club that has one night where they play the darkness and call themselves alternative.
  7. Spring forward, Fall behind. thats how i remember it. They out the clocks back at 2am, so that means you'll get an extra hour.
  8. it is pretty groovy, and the booths are great, but you need a bunch of friends otherwise it's just you and a mate sitting in a booth getting evil looks from all the other people who have nowhere to sit
  9. there was a flyer for air guiter a while ago, black with white outlines of people in various guitar positions. Where did you get those people from, would i be breaking some kind or law if i made a t shirt with it on it?
  10. yay! can you make that that if you'r not dressed up, then you can't get in? If you don't then hardly anyone will, they always spoil it
  11. Re: Re: Where's The Freakout Zone? What's Drum like? Some guy at my work got punched there the other week, so my first impression wasn't a good one. Is that the door beside HJBs?
  12. Like erm...Busted? But bravo Gumpy! Was mucho impressed by Bat out of Hell
  13. Tis great indeed, went along last week and went a rather unattractive colour of red while singing Sweet child of mine with my mates. and I'm just leaving the house now to do it all over again!
  14. god bless you squire! ooh, do you get other flavours of Sourz? if so, any chance of getting some (not for 1 nessesarrily (sp?) ) but would be a nice change
  15. Re: Nights out even more annoying when all you want is water. Considering its free anyway, couldn't you put water cooler or something. One week my boyfriend was waiting for 30 mins for a pint of water, which was promptly spilled by the heaving crowd

    and so....

my dad has an ancient bass like that, really hate the colours personally. I want the purpley sparkley one i saw in RnB a few months ago
  17. Re: Re: Re: Where is Moshlulu!?!?! there is another way if you go down the steps beside kef, and turn left, then walk along that road til you find steps, go across the road by going up the steps and through the car park, then when you come out the pther side you'll be at the bottom of windmill brae. thats the scary way, not recommended late at night, or when you're alone...or both
  18. windmill brae is off the top of Crown Street. Go to the music hall on union street and cross over the road. Walk two streets towards the castlegate end and you'll find Crown Street. Alternatively find people who know and tag along. thats what i did last year when I first went
  19. ah it was your birthday! We saw the cake and started singing (even though noone else did :O ) . Hope you had a great day
  20. my boyfriend left his shirt there, its black, from Gap, can someone keep it until we come and get it? (actually, he went up to put it with his coat that he checked in....obviously wasn't put in the right place...not good)
  21. yeah, sounds cool, but you'd want a pole dancer, not a stripper. they're completely different y'know but i'd like to try it, am too scared to try it when I'm at moshulu, too many people watching and me with no experience
  22. i want to start learning and don't want to spend a bomb on something I may not use all the time. whats a reasonable amount and where can I get one?
  23. awww, do you go through all the posts to check the spelling? That's so...dedicated. By which I mean sad.
  24. Re: Re: Re: Wheres Moshulu? Yup, Kate Morrison : the walking encylopedia (sp?) of drinking venues in Aberdeen. Prehaps not a thing to be proud of:O
