Now there is a thought. Actually, I'm just giving this 'feature' a small trial to see how it goes. I know a few people have joked about gaining "scene points" before so I thought I would enable vBulletin's infamous user reputation system and use it for this purpose. It is under no circumstances meant to be taken seriously but no doubt people will. If it gets out of hand I'll simply switch it back off. I'll make a proper announcement about it later on but you should now all be able to give out reputation assuming you haven't switched it off in your control panel. It is an optional feature so if you don't like it then feel free to switch it off from within your control panel options. I'm still playing around with it a bit so if things go a bit funny with it then don't be too concerned.

Okay, I've just started building a new system and want to see if I can interest anyone in purchasing my current system. It won't be available for probably a couple of months yet (as I have to finish building the new one first!) but if I can line someone up to buy it sooner rather than later then that will help me budget things a bit better. The system is in full working order and good condition. The only downside to it is I think it's a little noisy. Im looking for around 500 for the whole system. Anyone interested?

What do you need exactly DNS wise? If you register your domains through Fast Hosts then you can manage the DNS for them through UKReg for nothing. I can easily set-up subdomains and things like that for you and you will have a dedicated IP address as well but if your asking for your own full-blown DNS for your site (e.g. ns1.mysite.com) then I'm afraid I can't offer that.

Yep, the meeting is every Sunday @ 7pm @ The back of The Bassment. However, there is not much happening yet until Ross gets a band or two booked to play the night. Until then we really having nothing much to organise and I fear the longer this goes on the less interest there will be in an event such as this.

I suspect more tickets will go on sale when they offer them to the "public" from 9am Saturday. I don't think they would have offered all the tickets to just the mailing list subscribers. Rumours are that a full European tour will kick-off in April including a return to the UK. So if you miss them in March they may be other opportunities this year to see them.

A little off-topic but I just have to mention that I have tickets to see Nine Inch Nails play the Astoria in March. Oh, yes. What is the Astoria like as a venue? Never been there before. Have been to the Mean Fiddler though. I assume the Astoria is a bit bigger.
