kirsten
Is anyone else on Blipfoto? I recommend it. It's essentially just posting one photo a day, with the option to write a little bit alongside it. Quite lovely for both amateurs and proper photographers. I love photography, I just don't have a decent camera. I still like to "blip" daily from my phone for the time being, though, as it sort of forces you to look a bit closer at things and it encourages me to write.inneskiadventures on Blipfoto

framheim
Posted a few new ones today. If anyone could comment on them with any criticism or something nice to sayy it would be really appreciated.that's the most important thing, it's good to hear criticism (so long as it's constructive) and a huge part of the learning process. the hardest thing is learning to look at your own pictures with a seriously critical eye and not going insane in the process. girl anachronism
Those shots by Jane Stockdale are amazing (I know this is an old thread, but I'm late to the party).I don't know if anyone's into fashion, but Tim Walker is one of my favourite photographers, some of his stuff's a little OTT, but I love how he goes for a lot of the decadent, fantastical stuff, creating his own sets rather than just the usual studio pics.http://www.timwalkerphotography.com/archive_images.php?offset=45http://www.timwalkerphotography.com/archive_images.php?offset=4http://www.timwalkerphotography.com/archive_images.php?offset=10http://www.timwalkerphotography.com/archive_images.php?offset=41http://www.timwalkerphotography.com/recent_work.php?offset=

ca_gere
Some really cool ideas. Not a fan of his lighting though, very flat.I think the flatness makes them even better. Elaborate set ups that almost look like they were taken with a point and shoot.
