sross90
Excellent news! BBC NEWS | Entertainment | Comedy Bo Selecta! 'may return'
Lemonade
I found Bo Selecta a bit hit or miss tbh. Michael Jackson was funny, Bedtime with the Bear and the bits where he was just Avid Merrion were hilarious, but Craig David, Kelly Osbourne, Ozzy, John Lennon etc I just found a bit boring. Guest Tam o' Shantie
hopefully this series will have some guest appearances by kevin bishop, so that we can really crank up the 'funny factor'
Soda Jerk
Craig David was good for a fewsketches, but it grew a bit samey. I still enjoyed the Craig David ones more than any other sketches he did, barring Michael Jackson. I think I like Avid Merrion best when he's just Avid Merrion.I quite liked the Mel B ones too, now I think about it.
sross90
There's plenty new folk to do now tho!He should do Gordon Brown where everything he attempts to do goes tits up!
Soda Jerk
No one likes change though. Remember when Harry Enfield came back with new characters? Dreadful.
Woodsinho
I remember the series that Harry Enfield did last year with Paul Whitehouse, that was hella funny and was all new characters. If it's well written it'll be well funny. His Mel B 'you complete set of bastards' line is always a winner with me.
Pierre Von Mondragon
God forbid, he's up there with Hale and Pace, Cannon and Ball and Punt and Dennis as the least funny 'comic' ever to have a series, at least those acts could blame each other for being shit. If C4 didn't have Peep Show it would be utter ding from start to finish. Bah Humbug etc
Lemonade
Hale & Pace was funny as fuck back in the day when they were on on Sunday nights on ITV. They ran in primetime for 10 years so they must have been doing something right....
Lemonade
Now Mitchell & Webb, that is a load of shit. They're funny on Peep Show when there's other people writing their jokes, but TMAWL is rubbish.

Murrr
Fucking right.Plus, they ripped off Adam & Joe with that Numberwang shit.Quizzlestick or bust. Fuck everything else.Agree on Mitchell and Webb. Peep Show is absolutely outstanding, but their sketch show(s)? GIT AWAAAAAAAAAAA'.
Soda Jerk
Do Mitchell and Webb write the Mitchell and Webb look? Mitchell seems pretty funny on other things he's been on, like panel quiz shows and the like. Not sure about the other one. Love Peep Show though. What was that sketch show featuring Nick Frost and the guy that plays Nathan Barley? That was probably the worst British sketch show I've ever seen. Soda Jerk
That's the one. I saw 2 or 3 full episodes. I do like Nick Frost and whatever that Nathan Barley guy is called. It was completely minge though.
