french_disko
All I know is his latest, Heavy Ghost. I was very impressed! Is is it good?it's quite short - 17 mins - and a few of the tracks (there's 5 in total) seem unfinished and almost like sketches. worth getting tho - and enough to make me order the album as well. KarmaTsunami
As much as I try, I just really, really can't get into Bob Mould at all. Which is odd as I really like both Sugar and Husker Du.I will probably buy the new Bat for Lashes today on my way home.

Swingin' Ryan
Indeed you do!Today it's the Slow Club.Good shout, they are woefully underrated. I saw them playing in Glasgow with The Duke Spirit and they were amazing. Spoke briefly to the guy Charles after and he seemed genuinely surprised we'd come primarily to see them and not the other two bands.Recently I've been mostly listening to Butcher Boy, Voxtrot, Alessi's Ark, and bits and pieces from the new stuff from the Manics, Camera Obscura and Stuart Murdoch. This has been an amazing year for music so far. KarmaTsunami
Alessi's Ark are affae guid. Really liking what I've heard from her. Liking the new Stuart Murdoch/God Help The Girl as well, interesting concept behind that one.
Swingin' Ryan
Alessi's Ark are affae guid. I need to remember to pick up her album as it came out last week I think. I've got her first EP which was amazing, she sent it in a hand-sewn CD case with a little hand-written 'thank you' note which I thought was lovely. She also sent out little drawings to the 'ark' mailing thing, I still have one fo them on my wall. The effort she goes to is incredible!
