delboy
fooking nice one, i'm glad about that fats domino is a legend and i'd have been well pissed off if after just finding out he's still alive he'd have died in this awful tragedy. Guest DustyDeviada
Anyone know the exact lyrics to Blueberry Hill?I remember having an argument with my music teacher about this at school, although he is no longer a music teacher and now stacks shelves at Asda. He claimed the words were "I found my freedom on Blueberry Hill", whereas I am fairly certain it says "I found my thrill on Blueberry Hill". Because it rhymes.Anyone know for sure? Spoonie
I found my thrill on Blueberry HillOh Blueberry Hill when I found youThe moon stood still on Blueberry HillAnd lingered until my dreams came trueTho' wind in the willow playedLove's sweet melodyBut all of those vows you madeWere never to beTho' we're apart, you're part of me stillFor you were my thrill on Blueberry Hill /x
Guest DustyDeviada
Yeah, unfortunately the lyrics on the internet are posted by geeks with too much time on their hands (and yes, I appreciate the irony of posting that statement) and are therefore as likely to be as typed in by the aforementioned ex-art teacher as by the songwriter themselves. What we really need is a piece of sheet music or lyrics from a cd booklet. Lemonade
It is Thrill, it sounds nothing like freedom, you mentalist.
Guest DustyDeviada
Hey, I think it's thrill, don't tell me, tell mannie Forrester, if you see him stacking shelves at Asda.Funnily enough when I mentioned it in the office today somebody else thought freedom too. He does kind of slur that word on the record.
