And it won't come off.Anyone got any suggestions as to what might get rid of it (bar burning the affected skin off with acid and the like)? pantsandsocks
how did that happen? =OMy mum decided to paint the bathroom floor... she did tell me she'd done it, I just forgot. And stood on it. And my foot actually got stuck. And it hurt when I had to rip my foot off the floor. And. Well. I've also left a foot print in it. It's pretty obvious. And I recon my ma's going to go a bit loopy when she see's it. HAHA. Any suggestions about getting the paint off my foot?
Me and Parvati
Find the turps your Mum cleaned her paintbrush with, put some on a cloth/kitchen towel, rub off as much paint as you can. Then soap and water to get the turps off yer feet - it'll sting if it's left. If no turps, (or turpentine substitute) then soap and water and a brillo pad. (God I'm sad.) Then plan how to persuade your Mum that an alien with feet exactly the same as yours materialised in the bathroom.......

New Found Power
Nail Varnish Remover?Worth a shot, as it's a hell of a lot nicer to your skin than all those ^^^.
lindeh
turps n white spirit are pretty much the same when it comes to removing paint- they both work for removing oil paint so quite possibly it'd work for wood stain. just dont use too much of it if you decide to try and if you have a cut on your foot... i just wouldn't! Rachie
Indeed, Nail Varnish Remover is so often the way to go... it cleans off hair dye stains from the bathroom tiles.. thank god... else I prolly wouldn't be getting my deposit back.Looks like you're gonna have to use the Turps Soph! pantsandsocks
Ok... problem solved, ventured out to the garage in a pair of flip-flops and cleaned off the green paint/stain stuff. My mum found the foot print (not difficult, as it's right on the middle of the floor..) and went a little bit apeshit. Uh-oh.Ta much for all suggestions people
Erich Zann
If you add Red and Yellow woodstain to the Green then the colours will cancel out and the stain will vanish. No really, I read it somewhere in the Daily Star.
Laxton's Superb
who 'reads' the daily star? there is only one reason people buy that rag...and it aint for the intellectual enlightenment offered by Dominik Diamond!
Tav
I believe the fact you called it a rag...well...I'll say no more...
pantsandsocks
I can read all the articles in 'The Star' in one 20 minute break at my work... it's all just pictures and mono-syllabic words... *makes tutting noise*
Erich Zann
Apparently the Daily Star is Britains fastest growing newspaper. Says a lot about 'Education, Education, Education'Personally I get all the news I need from a copy of Fortean Times.
