This is the first time I've ever had money just to spend on music, and it's all gone!Also, Virgin think I'm a metal kiddy... Box Car Racer, Dashboard, Something Corporate, Bowling for Soup and Blink are all in Metal/Nu Metal in Virgin. Rachie Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 I'm not particularly keen on Dashboard, and I only occasionally listen to Something Corporate, but that Counting Crows CD is fantastic, as is the Shrek soundtrack and I'm certainly not about to start bitching about APC - given that it was my idea for her to get that CD since I've not been able to stop listening to it.It's "aberdeen-music" not "aberdeen-goffs-and-metal-heads-no-emo-kids-allowed"So she's bought those CDs, doesn't mean she doesn't listen to other music too. Their best album is their first, "readybreak", which you can't get in shops because it's super rare or something. I have a copy of a copy of a copy, and it's great.The piano solos are incredible.
