Anyone see the fat dad, where he went to hospital and when he was able to sit up and stand up he was allowed to go home...so comes the day for home time in months, and his family are all in the house (granny, wife, kids, gran kids) and what are they all sitting munching into.....McDonalds!!! Good effort there to help the dad eh!! rub it in his face why don't ya.....even worse...they are feeding it to a 9mth old baby!!! WTF! Don't be upset if you are exercising and don't notice the weight dropping off, remember muscle weighing more than fat so the difference probably won't show too much on scales, but you'll notice the dfference in tone 8-)

sounds like you are doing the right thing, but yeah loads of sit ups and cutting out the obvious like beer really does help. I have the same problem area, altho I'm not overweight I have to watch that area in case I do put on weight. I have lost weight recently (half stone) mainly from cutting down on portin size, cutting out beer not completely but drinking more red vino and only eating when hungry not because it's lunchtime Probablt heard all this before, but hey ho... Eat smaller portions over smaller intervals (but same amoutn of food) Hoola hoop! Drink plenty water I try and have a larger lunch and smaller dinner, eat plenty of time before bed It is winter tho and reckon we should have a bit of flab on us to keep us warm and also something to hold on to...men shouldn't be skinny!

I have found my fave channel so far and didn't know it existed until about 2 weeks ago Absolute Radio 105.8fm Absolute Radio - Internet Radio, Music Videos, Concert Tickets & Competitions It's got a no repeat policy through the day, so only plays songs once, an 80's hr and plays all sorts of music from pink floyd to Blur (which they are selling pre-sale tic for the London gig today) Singing at me desk all day!

Or barb wire... Watched MORE (1969) last night, Pink Floyd sound tracked movie bout sex, drugs and erm more sex n drugs...oh and Ibiffa! Guy gets involved with a rogue woman and involved in heroin. Really old classic dialogue and quite funny acting (of complete 60's style). Altho not meant to be funny, some of it was quite laugh out loud for random reaction/script and some bits plain right bizarre! . Worth a watch got the girlies coming on Monday for Some Colour Purple, must be about 20yr since saw that last!! Probably be greeting me eyes oot...again!

A girl here at work is getting one done over the last 6mths and there is still wads of green and red in ti (albiet the hardest colours to come off) but she says it's painful as anything. My pals boyf is a removalist and piercer and put the laser up full blast to see if it's quicker.....nope but it's more painful.....I saw the photo's looks like apint bubbling gadders I always do that, it's gotta be the right colour man!!! It annoys me when people freak out when milk isn't added before water saying it burns the coffee....what about people who drink it black? I'm feeling in a ranty kinda mood now lol!

ha ha you sound like you know faaaaaaar too much about these in real life to watch a tv prog with them in lol!! In prison break when he gets his tattoo's lasered off....How quick and How painless they make it look! I suppose they had to do it to get on with the rest of the program...but there is quite a lot in the first few episodes...but hey you have to just take it as norm

Is there any fan(g)s (as I noticed they were called) out there..... I really couldn't make my mind up, but found myself getting affy excited about the finale last night...looks like if there is a S2 it might be better Altho the series is kinda like a soft porn buffy, I quite liked the characters in it, all quite weird in their own way! maybe I do like it....hmmm one of those!

But did it bother you (and I'm presuming here that you are old enough) at the time??? It didn't seem to bother me what about Colombo and his routine catch the baddie in the same way ever single one!! Again it didn't bother me as a youngster but surely more mature people watching must of been put off.....The Mentalist is like that two, the kooky guy always has some eccentric way of catching the baddie.....never plain evidence.....

have to say I am with you there, the girl was bad, no stage presence, music levels were loud and distorted as were her vocals, shame tho cause she had the balls to get up there and do it! Pip & Dan were superb, last min descision from me and well worth It! (excuse spelling canna be holed checking)
