Hi guys. My honours year design project revolves around the 5 senses. At the moment, the research i'm doing is all sight related - i won't bore you with the details, but i WOULD appreciate your help . I think its funny that some people think being a 'tight' band is the holy grail. I'd much rather watch some shambolic mess of a band with good songs than yet another math/post rock band teaching me about time signatures and dynamics.

Aberdeen's alright. I find it's better to just concentrate on what you're doing/what you want to do without giving much consideration to a particular scene. Not that i dont appreciate aberdeen's music scene - it's cool bands can exsist here etc! Though there are a handfull of people doing really positive things, on the whole aberdeen could be a little more pro-active - you know, more diy labels/shows/tours/self releases etc etc.

even though it's this bands first uk tour - havn't they already sold like a gazillion records in the US? i wouldn't be surprized if the success has gone to their heads - but why should it matter? i dont care that they're dicks, they're in a rubbish band - surely thats punishment enough? you never know, he might have just heard he failed high school or something equally inconsequential.
