  1. We were able to play the Malt Mill when our drummer was only 14. It was classed as a private function and therefore not subject to the usual regulations.

The public are dirtyscumcunts who should just be slaughtered like the fucking pigs they are. The cunts.
  5. Adam - organise the stupid game already (ps - I'm in Amsterdam Fri-Tues)
  6. I'm pretty happy with my current set-up, but would like to add another Les Paul to my meagre (2 guitar) collection. A Goldtop or a nice Burst with some funcy p/ups would be just the ticket Our singer - superb as he is - struggles with songs in E and A, so I borrowed Stoney_Stu's Les Paul and tuned it down to D for Saturday's gig - it saved re-learning quite a few of the songs, so another Lester set for D would be the lazy man's ideal.
  7. It's an expensive piece of kit by AB-Music standards and the only person on here who'd be likely to impulse buy is ...... me ...... and I've just entered a period of "fiscal restraint" For what it's worth, the Rockerverb is one of the best amps I've ever played and only the price and sheer weight has stopped me buying the combo version. If you're serious about shifting it, you're really looking at eBay.
  8. Gutted. I guess all any of us can do is find a way to rebuild our lives.
  9. Chris, it'll be next week now before I can collect, so if meiklejohn can square you up sooner, I'll step aside.
  10. Troll his thread Phil, for the love of God troll the fuck out of it !!!
  11. Oh it's a fine enough facility, but the location is woeful.
  12. Another genius idea from the people who brought you Union Square. Aberdeen doesn't have the road infrastructure for a fucking burger van, let alone a "giant stadium". I mean what kind of fucking psychopaths decided to build a new shopping centre right next to the ludicrously congested hoors abortion of a road that is Market Street?
  13. That would be braw. I play there twice a week a lunchtimes anyway and my then Saturday team were Pauline's very first customer way back when it opened. The old 7's pitch was great for training drills and bounce games. I think Strikers is a good facility and Pauline runs a tight ship. She's always got spare towels, kit, trainers etc if you need them at short notice. I agree that Bunks-a-Dee and ASV are superb facilities though.
  14. If its an after work game, with a kick-off no later than 6:30, then I'd be happy inject some experience and an "auld heid" (auld body too, sadly) into the proceedings. I work just up the road a bit from Strikers, so it would be ideal for me. I'd have to respectfully disagree with Cpt America, Goals sucks the cock of someone sucking someone else's cock - and it always has.

On the wedding theme... What about wedding invites that include the dread "Wedding List"? How fucking presumptuous! "We would be delighted if you could come to the celebration of our love for each other ... and here's a list of expensive stuff we'd like. Just give up half a day of your life by going into John Lewis, where you'll discover that the only thing on the list that you could possibly afford has already been bought by one of our close relatives. That expensive crystal thing will still be available though. Look forward to seeing you at the evening dance (coz you're not getting to the meal)" Cunts.
  17. This game came bundled with an XBox that bought the other day and I've already played in on the PC. It's only been used once to test the XBox. £20
  18. ...and in conclusion, this radge...
  19. ...and THIS gormless, weeping jap's eye...
  20. This cunt... ... for the pissflappery that surrounds his grossly overrated movies.

Mid-Season breaks in TV series ... the fuck? They've just done it in Breaking Bad - no more Heisenberg until 2013. The series ended just as ... well, I'm not going to spoil it for anyone - but I do want to know what that M60 was all about. I NEED to know. Cunts.

    TV Series!!

Walt is right - Breaking Bad is utterly compelling and just when you think you know what's going to unfold, they throw you a curve ball. The cast and acting is superb. It's a must see.
