I wasn't overly familiar with the Rangemaster, but did a Google search and found some good info on Wiki. It certainly looks like the Germicide could be in the same ballpark as it produces a late 60's/early 70's tone.

LOL Got good money for it and as I'm hand delivering it - the new owner happens to be on my route to Peterborough - it was a BACS job, so eBay/PayPal can poke it! However...
