Liverpool beat Chelski - dancer!
Much more importantly, the mighty City are a goal up on Stoke, and not for the first time this season, my scorer bet on Robinho comes off. The boy's a legend already

Anybody else watching the London NFL game later today? Should be a good one, I think!
On a related note: BBC SPORT | Other sport... | American Football | NFL considers Murrayfield fixture

Redknapp was interviewed on SSN last night and said he wouldn't be taking either Adams or Jordan to Spurs, and in any case he knew there was no way Adams would consider it.
Big Sam for Pompey?

And I haven't just started hated them since they became famous. Final Straw is a tremendous pop album. Certainly it was a fairly big departure from their previous stuff, but good for what it is. Sure it got overplayed and people's mums started buying it in Tesco, but that's what happens with fame. 'Eyes Open', however, was a shite album, full of cynically wide-eyed stadium rock. Repeating a line over and over and over until it becomes memorable does not a good song make.
+1
I keep getting the "you don't like them now cause they're famous" line levelled at me by mates. Some people don't seem to realise that bands change, and just because you liked them before they altered their sound doesn't mean you have to after. Most irritating thing in the world.

That'd be the email that says the following?
Dear Mr blah blahAccording to our records you may have received multiple confirmation emails for your recent Oasis transaction.
This was due to a technical fault with our e-commerce service for which we would like to apologise.
We would like to reassure you that you have only made one transaction for the the following show to be held on Wednesday 17th June 2009 at Murrayfield Stadium.
I got two of them!
Shambles!

HUNTLY will beat Montrose
I said the same thing to Ally Graham before our load of fucking pish today. Thankfully he didn't follow up the tip.
In Peterhead news, we need to stop playing our top scorer wide right, play our regular right-sided midfielder on the right side of midfield, get a central midfield (come back Gibby, JB and Hegs!), and find a left back.
Oh, and score, cause we haven't scored in the last 4 games.

About three doors from the King St end of Urquhart Road.
Been a while since I've been in, but certainly the lassies were not the fat munters you expect to see in a chippy.

Would guess at the Sue Ryder shop on George St doing the same guitars

7 sets for Murrayfield, on top of the ones I actually want.
Apparently if you buy more than the limit of 6 tickets they cancel all your orders, so I'm hoping they do!
Nae happy like!
-
See what I was saying about it not taking payment? I've apparently ordered 7 sets... o_O

An acquaintance of mine came up to Aberdeen for a Friday night gig a few years back, knowing fine that he had no intention of heading back south for work in the morning, and was in fact heading up to Dingwall to watch his team in action.
Cue the amusing sickie call: "Hi, I've got a fatal dose of bird flu so won't be in to work today. See you on Monday..."
As I recall, he got off with a warning
-
Don't think you'll have got as it won't have taken payment.
Me? I'm off to Wembley and Murrayfield

If it wasn't for my cheek being the size of a tennis ball at the moment, I'd be right there!

OK no more slug chat. I guess that last picture was the final snail in the coffin.
Well I think we should slug it out for "best pun"
Is that my coat over there?

Bit late, Scott...
Rolo Tomassi are atrociously bad, but I quite enjoyed 1984 and BRS
My mate, who thought likewise, accidentally bought a Rolo Romassi t-shirt... LOL!
-
Edit: Just realised the gig falls on the same day as a 12.30pm kick off for ICT v. Celtic. Result dependent, I could be trashed by evening...
My mate may be in a similar state, as he's coming through for this gig after the game as well...
Random!

Beast Fife at Balmoor for us. Hoping Ryan's draw is correct so we would move back up to third

Yeah, they LOOK cute and fluffy, but inside that tiny, cute, fluffy mind they're like hitler, bin laden and harry from mcfly all rolled into one. Always plotting, the terrifying little bastards are.
-
and +1 for a cat....
You do realise all cats are the bastard offspring of Satan and Maggie Thatcher? o_O

HEATHEN!
You can't be a true Scot unless everything you eat is covered in a delicious batter and dripping with three day old fat!
And on that note, I have a sudden desire to eat a salad.

Get a rat. They're highly intelligent, you can train them to do stuff. Nice and clean and easy to look after. I used to have one that just had the run of the house, I just left his cage open and he'd come when I called his name. He'd sit on my lap watching tv, then run into his cage for a piss and come back out again. Brilliant pets.
My brother had a couple of rats. The first time we visited after he got the first one, my dad was handling it, and got a hand covered in rat piss... Needless to say, it was popular with me!
Unfortunately, one of his rats came to a "sticky end" under the sofa.
