They used to have little green packets of them in Army Ration Packs - I learned to like them. They are also quite good for making Bread and Butter Pudding believe it or not. All that custard improves the cardboard texture.

It's funny but I always think of Immigrants as being hard working motivated people who go to Uni, start their own business, become doctors etc. I think they are a lot less lazy than us brits and therefore do quite well for themselves. Because of this, some people get jealous me thinks.

I think it's a bit weird how immigrants are all housed together in 'communities' surely if people are wanting to move here they want to intigrate with us locals? I know from working in the doctors surgery that there are some cultures where a woman wouldn't be allowed to learn to speak English - In fact she isn't really allowed to speak to anyone outside her family unit without permission from her husband. If we are going to accept these people into our country, then we have to be tolerant of their culture too. If someone is brought up with a certain set of rules and values then they are rooted into that persons morals for life, no matter what that person does or where they live. You can't deny anybody that. I think all the racism stems from fear of the unknown, we need to be better educated.

I Love the taste and the health benefits of Irn Bru, The trouble for me is I have a some kind of reaction to one of the ingredients. I drink the bru (Mmmm Lovely) then start to feel better for all of 20 minutes before a giggling frenzy where I feel my head is going to pop, followed by a killer banging headache with scary flashing lights. I'm jealous of you all..guzzling the bru...lucky buggers! Hooray for Appletize!!

I live in a skyscraper, and I managed to convince this dude from the 15th floor that if you jumped off a really high building (I think I said you need to be more than 70 floors up) that you get enough speed up on your descent to fly. Obviously he has never heard of terminal velocity! Lol.
