  1. I realise that review was completely useless, but what you gonna do?
  2. Copied from Facebook... Friday: Booka Shade - nae bad, only got "movements" so didn't know alot of the tunes, Random massive black MCing over drum and bass outside in the Rizla tent was possibly the best guilty please I've ever experienced! Friendly Fires - Shit (why do they have such a big following?), Fatboy Slim - hit or miss, left towards the end to get weird in the tent Saturday: Boysnoize - can't listen to his album at all but he always puts on a good show, Soulwax - not the best I've seen them set-wise but still amazing, Green Velvet - Amazing. Sunday: Slept in and missed the X-Certs, FUCK, sorry guys. Vitalic - Amazing and finally, I never thought I'd say this but Dave "moany face" Clarke was the highlight of the weeked, fucking pumped it, I swear I even saw him smile at the end. After - About 30 people in in our 12 man tent = drink spillage mania. Forgot about Jesse Rose, was also a beast. Struggling to keep eyes open now. Must... Stay... Awake...
  3. Anna (Go to Him) Chains (I know it's a cover) Help! Hold Me Tight All I've Got to Do I'm starting to wonder if I'm ever going to stop listening to The Beatles every day... Not that I'm bothered.
  4. Remember seeing it on a video channel years ago. The video was just a guy walking down a street, I'm sure it was called something along the lines of "around my town" and the guitar throughout sounded a bit like the the outro riff from "For You Blue" by The Beatles... Any ideas?
  5. I'd never heard of it until a few weeks ago, but when I started watching it - I had to watch from start to end (or up to date). Breaking Bad is a must see! It's basically the guy that plays Hal from Malcolm in the Middle as a chemistry teacher who finds out he's got lung cancer and is going to die so starts cooking crystal meth to leave money behind for his family. The only other one of these programs I've watched is Lost, which I'm still up to date with. Breaking Bad - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

  10. Wirelessly posted (Samsung Tocco: SAMSUNG-SGH-F480/F480ADIA1 SHP/VPP/R5 NetFront/3.4 Qtv5.3 SMM-MMS/1.2.0 profile/MIDP-2.0 configuration/CLDC-1.1) And to muddy the waters even more, the credits were originally McCartney/Lennon on Please Please Me single and album (although the first single was Lennon/McCartney) and McCartney used the McCartney/Lennon credits for all the Beatles tracks on Wings Over America back in 1976 but nobody made a big deal about it. Oh and Flying was the only group credited track with one other notable exception to the normal credits being What Goes On which was Starkey/Lennon/McCartney. Ah, thought there was another song in which ringo was credited but wasn't sure which one. Interesting about "Flying". The only instrumental track - would ringo's input really have been any more than normal? Must have felt sorry for him that day.
  11. I think what Motleyal is meaning here is that the bulk of the songs he mentioned were written by John Lennon with either little or no input from Paul McCartney and he would be correct. It would be ridiculous to think that every song released under the publishing name of "Lennon/McCartney" (every original Beatle's song other than the Harrison ones and Octopus's Garden) was completely co-written by the two. To think of the two most obvious examples - John Lennon: Strawberry Fields Forever Paul McCartney: Penny Lane A number of years back McCartney even tried to change the credits on some songs he had written to McCartney/Lennon.
  12. Please note, that is only a current top 5, not an all time top 5.
