And almost on the subject of the thread, does anyone know of anyone drum looping type programs that I could pick up for free? It would also be useful if they were able to be exported into audacity.

Mhmmn, I just looked back and found what you were referring to, I hadn't realised it was there. And also, the content Spellchecker gave alongside it concerns effects, and at no point displays that it was in fact the program I was looking for. Although it was helpful, there's a hell of a lot of information to take in reading that, and I'd say my post is still contributing something worthwhile, as the one in Spellchecker's very easy to overlook.

This song is weak, regardless of the lad's age. I have to say, I've heard much worse though, but there's a lot of work to be done yet, 12 years old or not. And Jimmy Jazz's comment on Alice in Chains, like, what?

On the subject of the thread, and in response to Ross's comment, I reckon Metal is Forever by Primal Fear could beat at least two of those on the cheese front.

I'd be interested in buying the MRS-4, if you're willing to wait for 2 weeks. I'm assuming the input jacks etc. are all in working order, as there's a lot of complaining about this in some of the reviews I've read of this recorder?
