exactly my point.

but to be fair, like the simple stuff on ANY intrument is a peice of piss which includes bass.

im not a fan of black or natural finish guitars. well not black on teles anyway.

no but all the recordings i've heard of them sound rad. also the guitar player in my dads band uses a dual rectifier so i've heard it first hand aswell. but i hate the triple rectifier. thats what tom delonge uses live and it sounds crap.

i have a zoom gfx 707. i was a present and it sucks ass. and as far as i know so do all zooms.

i used to play bass in the early days of gilman. i am not a bass player turned guitarist so don't get all uppety i was forced because i was the smallest (true story by the way). i never enjoyed playing bass ever altough i enjoyed being in a band with my friends. if you're that bothered you can hear my talents as a bass player on our recording of "backseat ride" (which might not be released again) on the tam o shantie compilation. i have one copy left. it's a pretty rad cd by the way.

yeah totally. and also if you hold down a note, by pressing harder on the fretboard you can bend it up a few notes aswell. not cool.

yeah because if you use lighter guage the strings go floppy.

yeah i only ever drop tune my les-paul for like the deftones (yeah i like them too but they're not quite blink-182) to drop C#. the strat takes ages to tune so i dont bother plus it sounds crap tuned down.

i'm not a fan of maple fingerboards at all but it still looks like a sexy peice of guitar though.
