  2. singing along to howards alias?
  3. i saw them in glasgow on the 18th october on the three way dance with howards alias, no cpmply and vanilla pod. they were as good as ever. it was lews birthay so he was drinking this whiskey wine stuff and vamilla pod were buying him shots. he was fairly fucked by the end. when they finished, the crowd got them to start playing again so they played a cover of "my name is jonas" bu weezer
  4. I saw them in Glasgow last night. Same setlist, was absolutely stunning. Best I have seen them more or less. At the end instead of screaming in "now the action" simon dropped his guitar and moved to the back of the stage. then ran and launched himself into the crowd jurgen klinsmann style. mentalist
  5. they almost certainly will play a day of... and strung to your ribcage (got played for the first time last night). they wont play with aplomb

  7. ha ha, i would like it but it isnt going to happen. think ive seen it once maybe twice. they played it at the king tuts titp warm up in july last year which was amazing. the best time i have ever seen them! im going to the barras next tuesday which should be pretty special too
  8. what? in aberdeen? wankathon! they arent even coming to glasgow this time
  9. right, it is awesome! not a bad song on it. the intro to g+t is excellent, "there's no such man as crasp" is genius, leads on brilliantly to "there's no such thing as a jaggy snake". weapons are concealed, kids of kibble, the atrocity, some kind of wizard, one word comes to mind all outstanding! hopefully they might start playing more of these songs than wizard, mri, jaggy snake and g+t before glasgow
  10. for tomorrow biffy clyro release "infinity land" upon the world!

  13. the bronx were fucking awesome. id never heard them before. the singer looked like a mentalcase. was cool when he sang on top of the crowd a couple of songs
  14. id definately be up for it. MCM would be smashing
  15. When The Factions Fractioned Scary Mary Diary of Always (with Ben and James on alternate "i just wish we all could betray") Glitter and Trauma (with beatbox intro)
  16. whats the deal with these cyrptic threads that pop up every now and then? usually concerning a new favourite album, taking back sunday album perhaps?
  17. chiral are playing some acoustic songs at 11. they are very good. it will be their second gig on aberdeen, after drummonds, so please come and see them if you can. they have a radiohead-ish feel to them. that is how best i could describe them. download "fil" at chiral.tk
  18. I have just heard the new Biffy Clyro single "Glitter and Trauma" on Vic and Gill's show on radio 1. Holy shit, it is amazing. Ive seen it live twice and this more than lived up to it. Funkee disco beats and everything going on!!! The album is "Infinity Land." Apparently out around October 3rd "You are the human strobe!"
  19. when i saw you last i think that was about a year ago, maybe a bit less, so i could well understand that you have changed in that time.
  20. fiction. i dont think there had been any talk of tour supports on the biffy messageboard yet, as the full set of dates was only revealed today
  21. will it be ok getting tickets at the door?
  22. i doubt very much that there will be local supports. think back to the last two gigs at the forum. the highlands and islands was a one off
