it just seems like it should be said 'strong like an ox'. i always thought the plural of ox was oxen. i still think it's a rubbish name for a band, but then small enclosed area wasn't a great name either because people would always abbreviate it wrong and it would look like self-addressed envelope. anyway, my rant of last night was booze fueled. shouldn't go on message boards after drinking gin.

What you couldn't see in the lack of light in Shulu was that she'd painted her entire self silver (I had to do her arse cos I got ready the quickest-nae amused) and we gave her bug eyes. Plus she had actual Mars Attacks hair. She looked like the alien she was meant to in regular light. The Mikes were immense!!!

0. Strong Like Ox - an 'aberdeen' band or not? Same question: what about The Needles? Strong Like Ox is a shit name for a band. Badly punctuated. But The Needles are definately and will always be an Aberdeen band in that they're from Aberdeen. Where they live now will never affect this. 1. i think we have four definites for BEST INTERNATIONAL ACT, but should Strong Like Ox join them (or are they an 'aberdeen' band?) or should Ficklle Public? Or possibly The King Blues? Perhaps Mercury Tiltswitch? ... i liked their album, it was good... Mon the Tiltswitch!!! 2. are The Amy Sawyers Band 'indie' do you reckon? and is Amber better? No, it's chick rock. That's an entirely seperate genre. I don't know if Amber is better but I remember noting she had incredibly long fingers. I like Amy Sawyers. She has good hair and brings the rock. 3. should Eddison get a nomination? anyone digging their new album? or would you prefer Hookers Green No.1 got a mention? Neither. I've never seen the appeal of Hookers Green and I think Eddison aren't as good as people make out they are, although they only just added me to myspace tonight. That's you!!!!! OK so we finally met! I was Frank N Furter. There was a tin man (Jimsin) and a Bender out last night. My favourite costume though was Claire who went dressed as Alice after she eats the mushroom and grows inside the house. I got to eat a bit of her mushroom too. That's not a euphamism.

both lobes twice, one of which is stretched to 5mm, tragus, anti-tragus, daith, double conch orbital, nipple and septum. have had 4 surface staple suspender belt piercing, and surface staples on both ribcages, both hips and two above my navel which were play piercings done for photoshoots and a surface staple in my wrist, all of which are now out. i'm away to get another conch piercing so i can make an orbital from that, through my anti-tragus and then through my second lobe piercing. if that makes any sense.

Went to the Hub for the first time yesterday. Airport is exactly the right description. The place has absolutely no atmosphere! And I hate the fact that the first aid room has 'ouch' on the door. And the mirrors in the bathrooms say 'hey good looking' on them.

Our Sky has been out all night pretty much which also means no terrestrial TV. Shit wind!
