I think aberdeen has some fuckign amazing bands at the moment - copy haho are unbelievably good, xcerts even though they aren't here are one of the best unsigned touring uk bands at the moment, the little kicks, eddison, captain face, right hand left, holy folks etc but then past bands that ruled were fiction action, my decaying leg, psycho a go go, liber8, sirius, magdaline cox. all fucking ace!

i love gigs where every single band is one of my favourites

they werent actually protesting in so much as that they just ticked no on the sheet they were given. Just like they did when glenn roeder and southgate were appointed managers. every club in the prem gets to say whether or not they are fine with the manager remaining in place. i think if anyone had tried to make ferguson sit any sort of manager license course they should have been kicked in the balls very hard a lot. it would have been like telling alan shearer that he can't play any more football until he sits a shooting masterclass course.

i only want to buy it for fifa and gta really, and somehow i have to afford it so im selling most of the stuff in my house. where shall i buy such a console from? TELL ME!

does anyone else understand how sad it is and how bad it feels to sell your 'pride and joy' as HEBS would put it? the only comfort is the knowledge that it's quite old and probably means that it would break soon and now hopefully some young whipper snapper can continue where I left off. iron works is awesome. the wishes have graced teh stage twice there and its well fun. they treat you really well when you play except for when they don't pay you it's very big inside and looks a little bit like liquid rooms sort of

bare in mind that i am really really stupid when it comes to computers. If I were to have downloaded any sort of film or tv show on to my computer which of course i have not done, is there any sort of program i can use to create menus and stuff to burn them to dvd? i haven't actually checked my dvd burning software yet but will do in a minute. i heard that there is some sort of program somewhere that means you can put a region when burning a dvd so that it can be played on a normal dvd player...... am i talking complete balls? i really dont know. also, how can i watch things that are on my laptop through my tv? do i just need some sort of wire connection thing or do i need a tv card or something else. again, am i talking balls?

Especially considering the fact that most people hate chelsea because they 'win' because they spent so much money on players. I don't think its a bad thing at all. I grew up supporting newcastle amongst everyone else in the world supporting fucking man utd. i hate man utd, but appreciate that they have rooney and ronaldo cos i like those players and this is the only thing that makes me not hate them - that and the fact they haven't won everything again this year. Suddenly, however, everyone hates chelsea. I love it when newcastle beat them, pretty much because they are one of the big clubs and it's good to beat those clubs, but everyone else seems to hate them because they have lots of money to 'buy' trophies. Forgive me if i'm wrong, but haven't man utd spent an unbelievable amount of money on players? ferdinand 29 million, veron 28 million, van nistelrooy 18 million, hargreaves 17 million, carrick 16 million, saha 10 million, rooney 25 million, ronaldo 18 million even vidic was expensive considering he was unproven at premiership level! chelsea 'big' signings: lampard 8 million, drogba 23 million, essien 23 million, robben 14 million, swp 20 million, carvalho 18 million so therefore, when did it become ok to hate chelsea and not man utd? discuss
