Monster Zero
I used to love Extreme back in the 90s. Nuno Betterncourt was my absolute hero when I was learning guitar. Alas my copy of Pornograffiti got chewed up by my tape player and that was the end of that. I've never gotten round to buying it again. I will though..... One Up had a 2nd hand copy for 3 quid-odd yesterday lunchtime....
Alan Cynic
She literally ended a song's mortal life, then forcibly had sex with it? I think you mean that she murded and raped it in a non-literal sense actually!Del actually says lite-really....as in not quite really (as in lite-beer, with the dodgy spelling). I feel an apology is in order
TR!ΔNGL€ T€€TH
I also have a soft spot for Bowie and Bing. Its amazing just on the grounds of sheer oddness...The Smashing Pumpkins recorded at Christmas song once...
The59Sound
Yes! Was wondering when it'd get mentioned.I think the appeal of this song is the fact its basically a break-up song thats set at Christmas, as opposed to it being about Christmas-ergo, not so much of a tedious novelty factor involved.Anyone heard what the Killers are meant to be releasing?I heard there was a collaboration with Elton John on the cards, something like "Joseph rather you than me" but its under a fortnight to christmas, and still no video, radioplay or anything...It's not that great to be honest. Pretty much Elton John ft. Brandon Flowers. It's a bit mid-paced and over-long.Their Christmas single last year however, was genius.
