lovers_spit
hey...Look for reasons notwithstanding I have a shitload of proper imported italian pasta I need to get off my hands. I can get it to you for a discount price.
Chris
like, proper imported stuff that the italians eat. I believe Italians eat the same dried stuff that you can buy in most supermarkets here. Just go for a decent quality bag from a good brand, it shouldn't be too shiny (the pasta, not the bag).

Freshly made pasta is better but the extra hassle and mess just isn't worth it except on special occasions imo (and in the opinion of millions of Italians). Alex
make your own! 100g semolina, 100g semolina durum wheat, couple of eggs. blend it all together 'till it's nice and shiny, roll it out flat, make some funky shapes and leave it out to dry. bob is actually my uncle.
