Guest idol_wild
You're right...I never thought it through:laughing:I saw Meursault getting a few mentions on the 'Foxy Digitalis' end-of-year lists. They also gave this excellent review....--==> foxy digitalis : reviews <==--Sadly, this is the wrong Meursault. But we all know who the REAL Meursault is! Alan Cynic
That was the other lot I was thinking about earlier....they should also be added to the 'Battle of Meursault' bill:up::up:The night could be called 'Show No Meursault', with the audience giving thums up/down at the end of each set.Hell...why not form our own Meursault for the night, and make it four acts??Anyway...last time at the Tunnels OUR Meursault was fab/gear, without his band...so tomorrow night can't come too soon for me. Jess_Y
A Yong beating? Never!Just don't attempt to threaten them.....they are sweet and gentle onstage, but that Jess Yong could hospitalise you, if she so desired!Well Mr Cynic, as my hands are quite small, a bare knuckled beating would be useless. So my weapon of choice - the banjo. Hospitalization through either a good bop on the head, or my playing I had a spiffingly wonderful time last night - it was GREAT
Alan Cynic
It was a superb night....enjoyed all 3 bands a lot:up:And Jess....the banjo playing was plucking great!

all_his_engines
Well done Phil, indeed! I must say that the Kartta boys sounded fantastic as well, especially on their hypnotic new krautrock number.Meursault were of course fantastic, although I was gutted they didn't play "GeneralTerm". You can't have everything, I suppose.I for one had a fantastic night. Mr Smith's DJing was also top-notch!
Jess_Y
good crowd too(bar the drunken idiot who kept badgering us).Naw, I think his constant demands for music and groovy moves he was busting out were a homage to Kartta's brilliant tunes. You guys were stonkin' ace!
