Nothing on the album is emotive as anything on the previous albums either....whit?!How can you possibly say they've done ANYTHING more emotive than Folding Stars?! It may not be the best song on the album, or on their whole discography by far, but, I mean, nothing they've ever done has been that personal and emotive!I actually really like Puzzle. Better than Infinity Land, but, they're both totally different; Infinity Land's got a lot of complex stuff, whereas, as it's been said before, Puzzle is a lot more straight forward. Guest bluesxman Posted July 24, 2007 Report Share Posted July 24, 2007 After listening to a couple of their old albums and seeing them at The Music Hall recently, I still can't get excited by this band...I can't find anything particularly offensive about them either, they play well enough and the singer sings well but it all seems like a band who play pretty bland, non-descript guitar music with just enough edge in the occasionally screamy vocal to nudge them left of centre.
