Chris
Everest on Holburn St or Northeast Peripherals on George St are both good bets. Can't give you contact numbers but I'm sure the phone book/google could
Scootray
It's pretty simple to do it yourself...and cheaper.Bit daft buying a motherboard to replace the graphics card. Might as well just build a new one.

Guest Gasss
I'd suggest Grampian Electronic Components Tel 481000They tried to steal my graphics card!I had my PC in for repair - turned out to be a blown motherboard/power supply. They told me that my new (at the time) GeForce 5900XT had also blown and did not work on "four" test rigs so I might as well look out a new one. I insisted they gave it back and was surprised to find that it worked perfectly. That assistant never seemed to be in whenever I called back. Stray Cat
Get a cheap motherboard/cpu bundle off ebay & diy. If you do this, make sure that it supports the same RAM, or get RAM that it will support. Probably cheaper than putting it into a shop.
