medichi
I saw Cult of Luna last night - they were OK, but then I listened to Isis on the way home and realised COL aren't that great. OK show - might post some pix later....

When I saw Isis they were completly uninspirational live, great on cd yes, but still a completly cerabal affair seemed completly deviod of any actual drive or power in what they were playing. Yet Cult of Luna have a much more human and passion laden sound, especialy live, to me and a lot of people I know it shows Isis up, big style. Perhaps my negative view on Isis came from the fact that both Cult of Luna and Jesu have sledgehammered them live. Anyway.Cult of Luna = (saw them last night, loved every damn second of it)Ramasese + Soverin + IX + EYE + Bossk = as well. Two great gigs in two days... brilliant.
