lava p.
Hey MedichiDont call us pricks for not having the barrier up. The barrier was down at the request of the tour manager and all the acts that were playing, okay.
Guest operator zero
Paul I don't think medichi was aiming the "pricks" comment at you, though i could be mistaken...usually am. I'm mad after all remember
Aaron Gilman
it is strange that if there is no barrier the staff expect the equipment to not get bumped into, but at the same time understandable, cos if the monitor fell, it would cost to have it replaced, and it would break somones foot, they'd go home and cry, and take out a lawsuit.up to the venue i guess
torn
Is there not some way for the monitors to be more secure on the stage at Kef? I mean, they're just sitting right on the edge with nothing really holding them in a safe place, the slightest nudge forward and it's on the floor. Shouldn't the be a little backwards L thing ( _| ) thing that could keep the monitors on the stage more securely?

As for 'the slightest nudge forward' bit, they've only fallen once to my knowledge.

KarmaTsunami
to be fair the security guys weren't hassling anyone anymore than they would have been in the pit. they weren't so bothered with people touching the stage (as i managed to get away with it a few times during norma jeans set) as they were people being thrown off the monitors when it looked like it might get that way. Johnny Mac
I enjoyed the gig. Beecher weren't my cup of tea.... but I watched them anyway (good drummer).Norma Jean were not really my cup of tea either, but I enjoyed their set and they were pretty good. medichi
Wasn't calling you a prick mr Stuart, just the guy in the hoodie who I heard slagging off the Aberdeen crowd, who then shoved me back when I tried to scream along to Norma Jean. Errr, Young Blood Straight Edge? Fuck off....
