Thiago, but they let him leave. I think thats the one poor thing left from Tito's reign as manager, how Thiago was treated, he should now be a first team regular for them, instead he is in Germany. I dont think Fab was ever the player to replace Xavi or Iniesta tbh, he just isnt good enough overall.

I had read it was him who wanted to leave, rather than Barca wanting him out. I think they actually want him to stay on and coach, but he wants more time with his family and some time away from the club. Either way its the end of an era.

Its an odd one. It only came to light as we were banned from posting them on the football manager forums, and warned that we would be banned if we continued posting them. I guess it would depend on the size of your forum, bigger ones probably have to be a bit more careful than smaller ones like this.
