Evans should have been a first choice player without question by now, but he just hasnt pushed on enough, he suffers from Andy Considine syndrome as well, when any mistake seems to end up costing a goal. You could be right with smalling and jones, maybe a full season of actually playing centre half will do them the world of good. England really really need them to push on as Jags and Cahill are not the answer going forward.

Depends if they can finally get the best out of Fellani, i wouldnt count him out just yet. He had an awful season, but he was a brilliant player for Everton. Carrick and the rest i agree with, even Fletch who just wont be the same player again i dont think. They still need to sort that defense, no way are jones and smalling going to be good enough for the season and johnny evans has just never pushed on like i thought he would, although United fans seem to be really defensive over him.

That has nothing to do with your previous point really. They never said their only experience of Aberdeen was bad, which you stated previously. Also the point about the hornets nest was about other bands songs not about politics in bands in aberdeen. Seriously, read the interview. From what i can gather this all really kicked off because of some guy called Liam, who happens to not get along with OOK. So they are right in a way, you have to be friends with the right people or your in trouble. Had someone like yourself said that Teabags it would have been ignored, because your liked, and the same people slagging them off would have probably backed you up, thats just the way it is at times.

They probably annoyed the wrong person at some point, who has now gone out of his/her way to make this out to be a much bigger thing than it actually is. It should be a community and from what i can gather it is, but in any community there are always separate groups of people who enjoy specific things, the people insulting these guys the most dont seem to have much interest in their genre of music anyway, so its an easy target to go after. We now have people pushing the likes of Ross Calder and them to never book them again, what does that say about our great scene spirit that we have in Aberdeen? Say one thing not everyone agree's with and we will do our best to make sure you never play here again. A really great way of showing how Aberdeen bands all pull together to help each other. They probably have come across quite a few cunts whilst gigging up here, we all have, which is probably what they have been talking about, they will have certainly come across unhelpful bands and people and will have certainly experienced crowds with no interest in watching them, again thats part of the course, only they have said it in an interview and dared to upset some people who have gone on the huge defensive over nothing. Who cares if they think they are in the top 5 bands in Aberdeen, they are actually pretty good for that kinda noisey metal stuff i cant stand, but their recordings live up to anything else ive heard up here.

Now some fanny has written a response to them, going on about how everyone in Aberdeen is one big happy family who love to all help each other out. Which is about as much rubbish as anything they said. Having to write an article to attack a young band is absolutely pathetic, but i expected no less tbh.

Oh me too, dont get me wrong, i dont think we were pish or anything, just not the level i probably thought we were at when we were still playing. Bob could write a song like no other person i have met, but he obviously can rub people up the wrong way and has done on many occasions. People probably were a bit annoyed we could take 60/70 young kids to a gig, who would then leave to catch the bus home for school when we had finished, but at the time we didnt give a toss. These guys from KOO should be the same, ignore the shite, enjoy the fact you will received extra traffic looking for your band and just tell the rest of the band to be a touch more careful about how they say things in the future.Hopefully this dies down in a few days for their sake.

Haha very true, i used to get quite an easy ride tho, considering the absolute pish i used to speak about my bands. I certainly thought Poo and Stayover were great bands for what we did at the time, if i didnt, there would be little point in me playing in them. When i listen back i realise what we were actually like, but at the time i thought we were fucking great. Again, if i didnt think that, i would be wasting my time playing in them. I certainly dont think anyone should be sitting in an interview saying, "yeah we're not really that good at all". Exactly the point i made to someone else about this. All they have done is actually back up a small throw away comment about how some people are up here. I honestly cannot believe people have gotten this upset over it all. It wasnt the singer who was involved in the interview i dont think. Its the rest of the band. But again, why nae blow your own trumpet.

Of course, and we have a few of them on here who have really kicked this off on FB, even to the point of attacking one of the guys who wasnt even involved with the interview. Its quite sad that some folk are getting so upset over a few throw away comments from a young bunch of guys.

Yeah of course. Christ i used speak far more pish than they have about POO and Stayover. We never got this level of abuse because of it. Its a bunch of young guys, getting excited over playing a few decent gigs out of town and getting an interview done, they have done no harm and have insulted no one. Everyone needs to calm down a bit and let them enjoy themselves.

Yeah they dont really say anything wrong tbh. Who cares if they think a lot of themselves? Its not hurting anyone. All they have said about the scene up here is the same thing everyone says if your in a band that is of limited appeal to the general public. You get upset when not every man and dog you meet wants to hear your kind of music. Folk up here are far too touchy when it comes to the precious scene now a days.

Pretty much this. The first Zelda on the N64 is one of the best games ever made, i bought a game cube purely so i could play it again. N64 was an amazing consol. Zelda, Mario 64, GOLDENEYE!!!!, Mario Kart were all legendary games.

I use one formation for most games and a second one for games i think ill struggle more in. I try not to mess around too much with things, especially if things are going wrong.
