My new tele arrives today. LSL T-Bone in vintage cream with a little relic work. All handcrafted (even the neck). LSL allocate female names to their guitars which is pretty cool I suppose. Mine is called Valenta (the exact one shown in the photograph). Fender 52 Baja Tele in blonde. Flynn Classic British Custom 50 (a white tolex JTM45 clone with a master volume mod). Marshall 1960A cab (trying to source a more suitable 2 x 12). More pedals than I'd like to mention.

I really want one of those 62 Jap teles (in black). Or alternatively, a Nash T57 (below)

Me and a few pals started a band for fun and tracked a live record in a cottage in the middle of nowhere. It's a bit different to anything any of us had done before, but we liked doing music for the sake of music. The sheer thought of "TGH" makes me want to cry. Oversized goons trying to hurt each other on purpose, and generally being arseholes about it. Apart from Sick Of It All. Because Sick Of It All are boss and must never be classed as "TGH". However bands like TUI and Madball can suck dick 'til the cows come home.

Finally got this the way I want it. Fender Blacktop Jazzmaster, fitted with Planet Waves Auto-Trim Tuners, Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge, 500k pots and a custom scratch plate that was ridiculously difficult to source.

The prototype for the Telemaster is worth approx $6,000. Think I'll just make my own... one day. I have a custom Jazzmaster that I'm still working on. Completely converted to offset fenders now.

Needs a bit of tightening up but the songs themselves are very good and well written. Also like the lyrics too. For home recordings the quality is pretty darn good. Impressed.

HOLY FUCKING WOW. I never even knew these existed.

Nope not a dirty volume pot. Turns out the 8 ohm jack was dirty and one of the output valves had come a little loose. Both rectified and fault now gone.
