For sale: 2x12 cab Fitted with two Goodmans Audiom? speakers, taken from an old Vox. This cab is currently wired for 100 watts - 16ohms ₤ 100 Indian tamboura/tanpura: Used in Indian music as drone/backrop for vocalists and sitar players. It's a Gibson R-7(Reissue 1957) Custom fitted with 1960's super klusons. It came with gold Grovers, but I don't like the extra weight they add to the headstock, plus super klusons are more period correct. 8-)

1967 Vox Conqueror amp is on it's way... 1967 Vox Conqueror amp is on it's way... Here's my newly bought Conqueror, yet to receive it though. The handle has been replaced with a modern type and the power lead input has been changed to a kettle lead type. Hopefully I can replace the handle... It will go nicely with my JMI Dynamic Bass head. These Vox solid state amps are so damn cool!

That makes it open D, a great tuning for sure, may as well whip out a slide and play some blues.

If you're getting in to DADGAD I think it's pretty essential to check out the works of Bert Jansch and Davey Graham, their 1960's albums in particular.

Hi there! The version of One Vision I over dubbed on to at home doesn't feature a real Mellotron, rather it's the E-MU Classic Keys module(see pic). It sounds pretty good mixed in with other instruments, but not so convincing on it's own. I like the playing on your tracks, the saxophonist especially has a great tone, but I'm not so keen on the vocals I'm afraid. They are the weakest part of your set up imo and don't match the greatness of the instrumental playing. Philip
