  1. Aren't you gents (and lady) playing the Archives show too?
  2. '...Calla' are pretty good, did a big 'everyone on drums' closer last time in Tunnels. Looking forward to this, Enablers last night was a brilliant warmup!
  3. That looks AMAZING, so much so it had to be capitalised.
  4. That's a pretty good offer you've got with the SotL combo, nice one! And a huge big monolithic high five for the brilliant names you're bringing to the grey city
  5. Now I'm worried who I should be standing closer to, you or two creepy and obese old men... Sold, this'll be an ear-destroyingly interesting experience if nothing else, though Stu's impressions tend to suggest it could be quite good.
  6. Read some horrible, horrible descriptions of their live shows - supposed to be just a little bit unnerving, and more than a bit perverted. This one requires some consideration!
  7. They're scheduled to play this year's ATP as well... ...which I'm going to. Yas!!
  8. Quite fancy seeing Hidden Leaves, their online tracks sound promising.
  9. Completely. It's a wee bit true that you can't hear the sax for shite during the bigger moments but at all others it's positively sexual.
  10. As long as it doesn't involve signing up to the 'spazz then will do, cheers!
  11. Totally, keen to see how they're going to outdo the 'a'body on percussion!!' outro last time around.
  12. GiaA aren't that amazing, they've got quite a cheesy sound at times which puts me off. These Monsters are freaking ace though, saw them supporting Envy in the Brudenell and was well impressed. Their EP is really good most of the time, just lacks a little consistency. I'd be up for seeing them again. As for the UK's answer to Explosions? TM have more vision and ideas, just need time. They'll probably start giving 65dos a run for their money soon. *side note - Her Name Is Calla are pretty good too, they're coming back with Twilight Sad in March.
  13. Wow. Where the actual hell have I been when some of those shows were on. Alot of them I couldn't make anyway but some of them I never even knew about. Promise to keep my eyes peeled!
  14. I'm told Dan's played up here before? I always thought he was pretty well known, which is why I was so chuffed he was coming up! Well looking forward to getting a groove on!
  15. Edit: what a goon. It's not a special Ibanez/ Boss hybrid pedal, I'm just half-asleep at work. Selling the above for 25, makes for a pretty decent bass distortion starter pedal. - As with 99% of Boss pedals, it's utterly tough and will withstand plenty of abuse - Good tonal options, able to add a slight bit of meat during louder moments right through to completely saturating your sound with crunching distortion - Driven by a 9V battery/ any standard power bank Quite open to offers around the 25 mark, feel free to PM or reply here, cheers!
  16. Dammit!! I was in the middle of saving for a ticket!
  17. Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, they're pretty cool! The 'smile' smattering is a particularly nice touch!
  18. Their new stuff is pretty impressive, seem to have gotten a wee bit heavier. We like.
