Actually it has to be a diet of 3000 cals per day for a guy. Only 30% has to be protein. I only know because i decided I needed ot bulk up and put on 2 stone in 1 and a half years. I'm now a healthy 11.5 stone and still growing. Try and do weight training 3 to 4 times a week and with a good diet you should start seeing slow gains that will stay with you. Note: Damn i sound sad knowing that... 8-)

Yes, I understand what you are saying. I was only trying to point out that their writing style was poor and I didn't think the articles structure were very good. Which I think is a fair comment and I cleared that up in my last post. I would expect the spelling to be okay in any article. So I wasn't referring to that, I was referring to what I stated above. I didn't read over my post before I posted it. I've become used to typing on MSN, when I just use "there" for all meanings of "there", "their" and "They're". Purely because I am lazy.

I don't believe I mentioned spelling. Also most of those are what are technically called typo's. Theirs is the "number one magazine". Surely they have an editor and actually read over it before they post it. I however do not. So I apologise for my shitty typing. I'll go hire an editor just for you.... My bad spelling aside, you could still tell what I was trying to say. The problem I was trying to point out was how their articles don't really read very well. They're just not very well structured.
