I love Sikth, but couldn't make it. I would like to hear more about the Architects set, if anyone has any comments. I've heard a couple of their songs and they seem like they've got a lot of talent and potential. Any song that can hold your attention for 10 minutes, while making it seem like 2 is good by my book.

Pah! I know! If I was still living in Aberdeen and working at The Tunnels I might barely be able to afford to go. But now I'm actually living in Glasgow, since I'm a poor scabby student there's no way I can make it! Oh, cruel irony!

I don't really want to go, as I have been boycotting Wednesdays at Moshulu (not hard when you don't live in Aberdeen), but I'm meeting up with Jake and Scorge then as they can't make the weekend.

The Tunnels open mic is good. Scott, the host, is great for the banter, and you don't get shot down like you do at some of them.

I'm going to be up in Aberdeen on Friday for about 9 days for my October holidays. Do the Brian and the Craig still appear at Moshulu on Wednesdays at all, cause I wouldn't mind a banter with them?

So all in all, is it worth buying?

I'm with Rachie on this one. The hours are usually better, the only hassle you get is drunk old men trying to chat you up (and they usually tip better than those young folks) and there's always an interesting selection of dodgy booze
