My bastard ex-landlord. I was left with mould growing under the window in the bedroom and on the wall in the games room, as well as shit coming up into the bath and the heaters being fucked for several months.

I went to my parents chum who is a solicitor and he instantly realised that they hadn't got me to sign some important legal docutment, so they are immediately in breach and I can get out of the lease or take them to some private rent panel and get my rent reduced to pennies until the flat was in good order.

I've moved back home, it has now been 7 months since they were informed of the mould, they got it fixed right after and now have new tentants, yet still expect me to pay a months' rent EH FUCK OFF

I had to throw out clothes and shit because it was all mouldy, not including the amount of money I spent on fucking bleach and drain unclogging stuff to stop other folks poop floating in my bloody bath every few weeks yadda yadda and this fat fucking whore wants me to pay a months rent when they had fucking flat viewings, and fixed the fucking wall????

I'd consider small claims court, sounds like you could quite easily take her for more than just the rent reduction if she's causing you a shitload of stress and forcing you to dispose of your own belongings because of the condition of the property?

Word of advice for anyone driving down tomorrow: there's major road works going on on Ellon Road causing huge tailbacks, and also two of the AECC's car parks are closed for resurfacing! So expect a traffic jam while trying to get in and a farce while trying to get parked. I'd say arrive really early, really late, or take a bicycle...

Our convoy left Laurencekirk at just after 5 thinking we might get in ahead of the big-time jams. We were wrong. Barely made it in time for the support act (although missing them wouldn't have been a bad thing, they were utter, utter toilet).

I thought Maiden were alright. Certainly picked the right batch of 'classics' to make up for the onslaught of Final Frontier material, which I didn't think much of at all. Brucie's voice is beginning to show its years though, which is a bit of a shame.....

Also I found it hard to get over the annoyance I felt at the start of season 5. Season 4 ended with everything in place and looking like they'd finally get a good tilt at a proper investigation into Marlo and the writers threw it all away in episode 1 of S5. McNulty's descent into S1 style behaviour annoyed me too.

But the biggest thing that annoyed me about the whole series was the constant murdering of my favourite characters. I felt genuine grief when Bodie was killed. Boooo!

I get that a lot of that was part of the realism of the show but it still bugged me.

The annoyance you speak of is what gave the McNulty/Freamon characters the poetic license/element of desperation to carry the illegal investigation thread though, surely? The McNulty 'problem drinking' arc was inevitable too, really.....

I'm not a big fan of PokerStars. It's doesn't seem as clean and clinical as Full Tilt and the gameplay seems to be slower. Not got much alternative though.
