Doc give you any indication of what the problem is? I find that when I get all fucked up some stretches can provide a bit of relief, but obviously depending on what the actual problem is that can fuck you right up as well! Lying on the floor instead of a bed or sofa can be really helpful though, at least in bursts. xx

My wife went to the doctor with back pain, doctor kept saying "take some pain killers and walk it off". After 4 months of not being able to walk, she finally got put to see a specialist who immediately said it was a slipped disc and that "walking it off" was the worst possible solution. Fuck back pain. xx

Moana I fucking loved the shit out of this. Funny, engaging story, good characters, incredible score (written in part by Lin-Manuel Miranda ((the dude from Hamilton)) so of COURSE it's incredible) and overall just a really solid movie. My favourite thing to come out of Disney studios in a long time. Recommended. 10/10 xx
