I think instead of an age rating system (PG, 15, 18 etc), they should have an IQ rating system. i.e. "this is the minimum IQ you must possess to get into this film". For example - Son of the Mask - rated 25 Memento - rated 100. Any foreign language films at the Belmont - rated 130. Apologies to any idiots offended by this idea. AKM

My band Kordoba are playing with you guys on Friday. It's our first gig with the whole band present. Should be a good night. 4 entry, two other bands playing - Nellcote and the Usuals. That track is nae bad, but sounds awfully like "if you tolerate this..." by the Manics. AKM

It's not really my thing. It would probably be worth putting more effort into your lyrics though. rhyming "see" with "me" and "head" with "bed"... AKM

I work in the Respiratory ward at ARI. I really enjoy my job but admittedly it's pretty unpleasant. Frequently, REALLY ill patients (pneumonia, chronic asthma, fibrosing alveolitis) etc have to wait around for days before getting treatment because there are bloody smokers hogging all the beds, cowking up brown stuff and wanting sympathy... Any smokers volunteering to sit with a dying lung cancer patient, telling him/her that: didn't think so... Smokers - AKM

And...why were Cleartone not allowed to use the amplifier? Hmm? I'm of the opinion that as long as the recipient is not a dangerous psycho who looks like they will write off your equipment given half a chance, then inter-band lending and loaning should be done with willingness and a chariddable heart...
