  1. I keep meaning to make a substantial list but for now, here's one:

When in an argument people make their case then proceed to storm off, before coming back and adding another point. This can happen several times. Why don't they say what they want to and fuck off? Instead of coming back, and back, and back. Gets me really stressed.

  2. Well, I for one thought that was fucking ace. I had a great time.

We Shall Be Blessed impressed me, Godplayer were fucking ace a lot better live than expected and Atom were insane.

I enjoyed the theatrics and abundance of metal poses and cheese.

Not bad value on the t-shirt either, I shall sport it with pride.

  3. You simply will not pass grade 8 drums unless you're an accomplished player with a very good grasp of technique. End of story.

Beyond the grade exams' date=' there is a lot more to being a musician (obviously)....but can you pass and yet be utter shite? Erm, no.[/quote']

Admittedly you're correct. My point WAS ebellished but what I was getting at was the fact that simply playing throught the rockschool books isn't a very thorough course.

I started them and didn't really progress, whereas after moving to private tutoring my playing has flourished. I didn't feel any gain from them, perhaps this is me, but I genuinely found them to be a waste of time. My previsou teacher was also shit, so thi smay have had some bearing.

  4. 5 ) People who constantly use the word "your" instead of "you're". I have also noticed that "ridiculous" is often used instead of "rediculous". So I guess I hate 99% of all internet users.

7 ) People who totally disrespect the police - eg. those who feel obliged to shout "Fuck 'da Po-lice!" and "PIGS!" everytime officers walk around. Grow the fuck up you ignorant shits!

    Ridiculous is the correct spelling.

As for 7, I totally agree. Although I have been treated a bit roughly by Police. I'm not too bothered, they're just doing their job. Although accusing me of heroin dealing and referring to me as the "Blonde Fucker," could have been left out.

  5. I disagree with all this BPM shite' date=' when dealing in speedy metal drumming, you really are dealing in 16ths, and 32's with your feet (If your name is frost, nick barker or Tjodalv, maybe Gene hoglan too).

Possibly even 64th's with your hands, and yes that kind of speed is possible., scary but true [/quote']

What do you mean you disagree with Bpm? That doesn't really make much sense. As stated above the Bpm is exactly how fast the 16ths(as double kick is generally counted in) is.

I was therefore saying, at high speeds playing at 240 Bpm may be possible for some people but the jump to 250 bpm isn't possible for them to execute, meaning he should be clear on exactly how fast he wants someone to play.
