Get a tube of the really cheap, white toothpaste from your local supermarket - their own brand stuff is good, and cover your necklace in that, giving it a good scrub with an old toothbrush. It's good for old sliver tableware etc too. Don't get the toothpaste with the coloured stripes etc...

Good on her There was one lass who posted a link on how to do it properly, but she was one of three who actually linked to the cancer research uk donation page. The rest were all just going on about how mad it was that they had no make up on... so my wee rant came from those cunts.

The thing that pissed me off was that they were "raising awareness for cancer" - no, you're either donating to a charity, supporting the sufferers or supporting cancer research. At no point did they provided information on how to check for cancer, details on the rarer cancer or highlighted any recent breakthroughs, so the word "awareness" shouldn't be used. And saying "yeah, but you're talking about it" - it's me saying that your No-Make Up Selfie for Cancer Awareness isn't actually raising awareness, which does not count. It's fantastic that they are now including screenshots of their donations as well as linking to local cancer charities or Cancer Research UK. The intent was good, but the cunts just taking a selfie and saying it's them "doing their bit" are the same as those fuckers who "like" a status thinking it counts as a contribution to a cause.

The Dora Lange killing bugged me just because Rust asked out loud why she was different - why point it out if it wasn't important? I loved the development of the relationship and the loyalty, but just felt the case the characters had put so much into was ignored in the finale for a quick fix. Basically, I wanted more

Really? I was pretty let down by it. I didn't need to see everyone involved in the rituals arrested/killed, but the creator told the press that we would all get answers - well why did Lange get killed after becoming part of the cult and why was her body left in such a public place? Who were all of the others in the group, how did it come to be etc... What about Holt's daughter, with her dolls being set up like the crime scenes and her acting out? Throwing the crown up into the tree seemed pretty sumbolic, but now it just seems to have been a scene they put in for the sake of it. A lot was left unanswered, with a rushed ending. It just felt as if they had spent ages building up to this big finale, and realised they had ran out of time. Everything leading up to the last episode was great, and I've so enjoyed it.

Have you got a spare controller you're willing to sell? My wee sis has managed to lose both of my controllers, so now left with a playstation I can't actually use...

Season two is the best. I thought I'd love season three, but it's a bit "meh" in places. Loving True Detective at the moment, watched the first 3 episodes and eager to see more. It's a slow starter but you are left wanting more.

I think it depends on the last attendance date of the course, I think - I asked to complete my second year of college at home, if possible, and was told to come in for a visit. Mean tutor marked it as attendance, didn't actually sort anything out and told me I had been taken off of the course a week after. Turns out, he'd done it so they would get the tuition for the year, as it was just after the cut-off date. I explained this to SAAS and the college when it fucked up me paying for my first year at uni, and they sorted it out.
