  2. Apparently, the guy who runs this website is just a fan who likes to speculate about future episodes. Lucas has made it clear that he is finished making SW films as it was solely about the rise, fall and redemption of Anakin Skywalker. A new Clone Wars cartoon is in the pipeline along with a SW TV series which will concentrate on lesser characters between Episodes III & IV. A rumour is that Kevin Smith will be involved in the writing of the TV series.

  6. I have to agree with Andy Rourke. His bass playing is TOTALLY underated!! Probably coz of the ponce with the flowers prancing about in front of the band undermining their abilities. Cracking band but the singer's a cunt.
  7. I will be voting for Labour to keep out the SNP. SNP are a wasted vote in my book and the Scottish Parliament is a complete waste of time. In fact, what do they do at Hollyrood apart from raise our taxes so that we pay more than the rest of britain?
  8. Cozy Powell - the first drummer I ever saw live that really amazed me Fucking hell!! I haven't heard that name in a lon long time!! Not since I used to power round my bedroom as a 9 year old with my tennis racket listening to Rainbow!! That man was a legend!! Very sad when he died.
  9. Peter Hook Flea John Entwhistle
  10. A fair point. The sound was really awful that night. Playing there again in June with The Little Kicks so hopefully do ourselves justice this time.

  13. Interesting line up for Friday. I am looking forward to seeing all of the bands, especially looking forward to seeing Noise Pollution with Grant on bass!! Just missed your last gig at the tunnels chief but nae excuse this time eh?? Here's hoping that its a cracking gig for all!!
  14. They were quite good on Tuesday although they did sound hell of alot like Interpol & the drums were very Joy Division sounding. Still rate Bloc Party and The Futureheads more. Good set before them Steven!! I enjoyed the new stuff that you played too!
  15. It seems like a pretty good list although there not many different types of music in there. OK Computer is good but not that good. I read that someone asked why the beatles were in their?? They created everything you know today from effects, feedback, loops, early programming, the first use of synths, distortion etc etc. They were fucking genuises of the highest order and thats why they were in the Top 100. Music would be shit if it wasn't for them.

  21. I need a rehearsal room tonight and the Foyer & Tom's are both booked. Anywhere else I can go?? Cheers!
  22. Hi Folks, I'm looking to start a covers band to fund my other 'original' band. I need offers all around for whatever you play, be it guitar, bass, drums etc etc and all that usual. I want people between 18 & 25 years old who have a deftly dark sense of humour and a varied musical taste. Covers will be optional but not unheard of crap metal / punk / ska they are punting these days. Reply to this board thing or PM me if you have any interest whatsoever.
  23. If its the colour your talking about then, no. It is Grey/white. There is a review on a post above.
